Nice work Dark. What exactly did you do. Plumb in more ballest? I am way to scared to drill my hull. Looks great. How much weight does it have now for ballest?

Nice Dark. I like the pump location. I did the same with 2 of my pumps. Nice and out of the way.

Looks good!! You're ready for the season. What size PNP bag are you planning to throw in there?

Thanks guys. Really not sure on total weight of any of the ballast really. Gonna try to guesstimate the weight of the ramfill tanks by taking some measurements. I'm using the 750lbPNP bags out of Rockballers Avy (50x22x18h). The locker itself isn't square, but the long measurements are 59x26x11h. So, 400-500lbs is a guess there. Gonna invest in some Pop Products too.

Troy, that really was the best location. I checked out the FS33 my dealer has to see where the PNP pumps were located, and thats where they are. I tried other locations, but that was the best place.

My measurements combined with my math= roughly 1000lbs per side of Ramfill on the FX22.

So... total weight of all bags and ram tanks would come in at roughly 3300lbs including the bow bag.

Nice.... that should throw a nasty wave. Will have to try a double surf wave this summer sometime. always wanted to try that but my neighbors boat never really had the juice in the wave to keep up with the AVY

Yeah, been wanting to do that for a while! Kinda scary as the boats gotta be very VERY close to each other.

The REAL scary part is when the surfer falls and the 2 boats have to come to a stop. The 2 waves coming up from behind are sketchy!

Also when the surfer falls sometimes the board gets carried away with the wave between the boats.

Yeah. We did it at the 2nd Texas meet and had myself and another both surfing. He fell and his board almost hit the board I was riding. When a surfer falls one of the two boats has to peel off then the other. You can't just stop like normal.

Made a mount for the WS420SQ out of some aluminum flat stock I bought at Home Depot. I realize that pretty much everybody says to mount it on the left side but because of the shape of the dash, it just wasn't fitting right. So it's in the center and really seems to be just fine... for me anyways.
