New pop up banner ads on the sight

^^^^^^^ I agree. I like the idea of the adds going away if you pay for a membership. I understand the need for the adds. But if you pay up, it would be nice not to have see them.

We do appreciate the support of the paying members, problem is this is not covering the cost of the site. This is why we spent eight months developing the banners and stats to show potential advertisers. We will continue to move forward with our plans and at this point are not going to turn banners off for part of the members. Advertisers want all the members to see their banner to get the full value of what they are paying for. This thread was started over us experimenting to see if ONE google ad would generate revenue for the site and again "will we always have them, it has not been determined". Look at it this way, if you took the astronomical amount of time we have spent on the site and divided it by the amount of revenue the site has generated everyone of you would wondering why we do it.

This thread has suddenly irritated me. The banners don't bug me a bit, and so far most of them I like. I would love to cut firewood into my dump trailer and then step on my body vibrator before I sit on my hitch pooper and surf cabellas on my DROID .

Well I can admit when I'm wrong.The ads I see on the sight have changed good by Bumper Dumper. Seems the more I interact with the sight the ads I see at least on my computer are from places I have been shopping or doing research for this years mods. I am seeing ads from rims.com and e trailer and other similar places.What is everyone else seeing??........................................H

Yeah, you might need to be concerned when your start getting adds anouncing how to find singles in your area. Remember I got an 18 and 14 year old sons. .....hate the pornato.

I've had no issues with it.. It's a small portion of the page.. Local stuff pops up sometimes... Nothing unbearable on my end :-) don't even notice it half the time anymore...

Thats what I'm saying the ads I see have gotten better and more relevant to the reasons I visit this sight.I was just curios if it was just me or has the ads become more relevant to the sight for everyone
