I don't mind paying the state, if I knew where it was going towards, and especially for muscle studies. Also, Here at Naci the inspections are a joke, $5.00 to have them look at my boat from 5ft to see if the plug is out. Last year I paid $60 and every two weeks they slip a card under my mat even though my boat is in the garage. Whatever. I. Guess.
