What are the load ratings of the tires? The less air space you have the less load you can carry.

Ah you blokes worry way too much... tyre are rated for 730kg each- total of 2920kg. The Falcon is rated to tow 2100kg boat and trailer over a weigh staion in its current config with half a tank of fuel 1769kg.... All good

I wish our cars were rated to tow 5000 pounds. Pretty sure only Porsche Panamera and one bmw here can tow even close to that.

Woops I was wrong on the Falcon Towing Capacity its actually 2300kg or 5070 pounds

my only suggestion is the wheel spacing. should have moved the original rearward. spaced out the two using original as the center between axles.

 

its probably gonna tow bouncy. however the low tongue could be good since its being towed by a car.

 

 

positive note u can probably lift it off the hitch, no jack required

Just by looking at spacing of original picture with wheel compared to guide pole and then final it looks like the original axle may have been moved backward

To get this right the gap between the two wheels is where the original axle was located.
