Definitely not a seaplane and definitely without pontoons.  No runway at the end of the lake.  Not sure the type of plane but once he got past the boat he went even lower.  That was the point where I shrugged my shoulders.  He was a maximum of 5' off the water.  Seemed remarkably risky.  We saw him coming up the lake before we started going.  He had a buddy in another plane with him but he never got anywhere near that low.

It's like he's crop dusting the lake but not in a crop dusting plane lol weird
