surf board fin replacment

Recommended Posts

So the first time out this weekend to surf. Beautiful day and first time out and everything is going well just as I get the mucus out of the board rack to ride I hear something drop in the water..... never good. Well I forgot to tighten the fins on the board. That being said I only have one fin on the mucus now bc I didn't check the fins first :-( does anyone know where I could get aftermarket fins for the board or have and extra one they don't need?

Thanks! Is there any after market fins available?

IS uses their own fins, so unfortunately you won't be able to get any after markets

Inland makes a ton of different fins that all make the board ride differently.

let me clarify to say you can't get aftermarket from other companies, like Futures.

I have about 6 stock IS fins. Post of pic of your solo fin - if I have an extra I'll send it your way ;)

Congrats and welcome!!

Now you just need to figure out how to post pics. Make sure to include a pic of your boat in the "lets see your ride" thread!

Right beside the "post" button bottom right. Click "more reply options".

"Choose file" bottom left. You should be able to figure out the rest. Pics are still size limited.
