Carpet Backing Question

So I can't get the DECKadence crew deal. Don't have the extra $$$$. So I am babying our carpet to get it to last longer. The rubber backing..... Has anyone used 303 on it to try and keep it from sticking and coming apart?

Wish I could help Troy….I hate the black stuff from the carpet backing…sticks to the floor and its a real pain to clean. For some reason Deckadence was not available when I ordered my boat……I'll upgrade in a year or two!

Its alright. I put the 303 on it and going to give it a try. For the bits of rubber that was stuck to the floor of the boat I used some simple green and a soft bristle brush and it came right off. Then used a rag and water to sweep up the all the pieces.

I love the sea deck I have instead of carpet.
