Why do you want to remove the fat sacs?
If you just want some extra weight, I'd suggest keeping the fat sacs and just adding lead underneath them. The advantage of water is that you can drain it/get rid of the weight when you don't want it. Lead weight is always there, when you're cruising, trailering, etc.

I agree with Troy.  I've ran 500 pounds of lead the last couple years and its a pain.  I have upgraded to a larger bag for the starboard side and the infinity wave system to reduce the amount of weight I've gotta pack and move around.

You would need to go into your rider profiles and set the bags to zero so they don’t fill. Or you could go to settings/ballast and adjust the full and drain times down to zero.
