Gladiator Tower Axis Spinner Rack instal?

Hey all,

 

quick question. I was able to get my hands on some Skylon Axis Spinner Racks. On this note I have had racks on the bottom mounts and they required a spacer to be put on the Gladiator tower. On that note I can not for the life of me get the spacer off the tower (the spinner attachment will not go on with the spacer there). Does anyone have any experience with getting these off or on. I am struggling. Perhaps they put them on with an impact wrench (the boat came with the spacer on)? There is no through bolt out the back of the tower to put torgue on?

My axis come off very easily, I know some people who put lock-tight on the bolts, that could be your problem. You can try, and I mean very carefully, get a rubber mallet and tap around the spacer's edges and see if you break anything loose allowing the bolt to turn. But be careful not the strip your bolt or head. If that doesn't work, don't over do it and seek some help. Good Luck !!
