I agree with Boatgeek.

 

I had my oil changed and now use Amsoil. The tech sucked the oil through the dipstick as the tube fit perfectly. I'm not burning oil anymore.

 

Different situation but like you I think I'm jinxed. I hope I don't have to post in the problems/maintence section anymore...

Almost everything is great now, just minor cosmetic issues to deal with this winter.

I hear ya about Sylvan.... That's where I picked up my boat, kinda ended up there after refrew didn't have the boat in stock I was looking at.... won't make that mistake again.... I won't be visiting there again... I have to say though, since then Renfrew has been great for servicing my boat, and being available for help when needed ASAP!

 

oh yea, and like you said, the marina at sylvan is full of clownheads.... first night out with the boat took us almost an hour to get the boat in the water with all the fools there....

Here are a couple of pics from this year to tied you over. That is his Sea Doo he just launched and sunk his H2 in the process.

Damn... I wish I had a camera the time they pulled a houseboat out of there, and lost 3 of the 8 tires on the trailer....
