Closer look at the pic, i think you have the "fade" switches in the wrong position. Sounds like the signal is passing through to all chnls from the front AMP-1 RCAs. With the amp off, pull them, turn the system on and i bet no speakers play. Swap the fade switches and then see what you get.

Yep, that definitely seems to be the case. I put the fade switches in the off position based on the manual, but was wondering if that was incorrect. I'm not at the boat this weekend, so I'll check it out Monday. Thanks again Wylie.

I think the manual has a typo. Fade off would have the signal passing through. Fade on, the chnls would be looking for their signal direct from the corresponding inputs.

Yeah that is opposite of the manual. I've read it at least 4 times to see if I read it wrong. I'll give it a shot on Monday and report back. I appreciate the help, thanks again!

Flipped faders to on and everything is working as expected! Now just need to finish up mounting amp and volume knobs. Thanks again Wylie!

Here is the snippet from the manual that, at least to me, reads that they should be off...

Fader Switches: Turn the Fader switch(es) OFF if you are running more than a single pair of RCA inputs to the amplifier. Turn the Fader switch(es) ON if you want to drive those channels from a single input. For example, if you are using AMP 1, AMP 2, AMP 3, and AMP 4 RCA inputs, switch the AMP 1/AMP 2 FADER, AMP 2/AMP 3 FADER , and AMP 3/AMP 4 FADER buttons to OFF

Got everything finished last week and used all weekend. Everything worked and sounded great! Attached are some pics and the butter we had all day Monday. Now I just need to ride out a damn 360... Thanks again for all the help!
