Perfect pass display issues

Just bought my avalanche. Perfect pass beeps when u power it up but no display shows?

 

The up and down arrows and the mode button all beep when u press them but there is no display showing.

 

It works - I was playing around and trying to make it work with no visual readout and it does work - I just have no idea what it is set to etc??

 

Anyone run into this before?

mine gets like that when there is a lot of moisture under the cover. Usually once it's uncovered for a while and dries out it comes back to life.

Hey - FYI - I was browsing around on some of the other topics and found a very helpful thread regarding PP display and power issues in the electronics and modification section.

Worth a read.

Mine dies when it gets low on the battery. I will start getting it up to speed then dies. They are very voltage sensitive.
