Transom Light Bulb Replacement

I have an 2008 Enzo with a factory transom light. It is not a rectangle like the new ones rather it is round and looks like it has threads on the inside of the boat and the outside of the boat. Any idea how to change the bulb? Not sure if I need to unscrew it outside the boat or not. I was hoping to put a blue bulb in there. Didn't know if I have to use tape on the threads if I open it up. Bulb looks like a dome shaped LED bulb.

Rat, From what I have heard, and I could be wrong or feed a line of crap, that you cannot change the bulb. You have to get a new insert. But I would call FL to make sure this is correct. I think this is why they switched to the LED underwater lights. Again this is what my mechanic told me.
