Challenger’s collection of mid cabins and offshore boats would be an asset to anyone’s model collection. The tooling features fresh designs of midcabin models from 25-30 feet as well as their renown DDC 28 and DDC 33 offshore models.

 

I’ve acquired these assets from former owner Dutchess Capital and am very flexible on a going forward plan. These models have won rave reviews and there’s no easier way to grow your model collection than by instantly adding Challenger to your line up.

 

Some potential business models:

 

1. -Integrate these models into an existing line or brand; There’s no better way to expand your line offering than with these proven models.

 

2. -Operate Challenger as a stand alone brand.

 

3. -Joint Venture

 

4. -Expand the model offering as there’s a new 33’ deck plug that makes a great entree into the fishing market, military or homeland security.

 

When Challenger shut down, it had just come off of a record setting dealer meeting. The company CEO was inept and absentee ownership outside marine industry led to shut down. This is a great collection of product and a nice investment or line expansion opportunity.
