Gladiator tower problems

So i was on the way to the lake for my first time with my new boat. All was well, then I happen to look in the mirror and see my tower moving around a little funky. oh snap I pulled over to see all 3 Bolts broke off at the base of the tower on the stb side...

 

I spoke with a dealer and he gave me a number to call (fineline)and said that in 09 there have been some problems the this tower.

 

Im just curious if this has happened to anybody else and is so what did they do for you.

P.s. I took the tower off and hit the lake for the rest of my spring shake down run. What a great boat!

...you and me are cut from the same cloth timmy, I would have done the same thing, thrown the tower in the bck of the truck and hit the water...
