Falcon V Amp Installation Location

Any suggestions on where to install an amp on a Falcon V AW??

In the cave (under glovebox)

 

1. on the back of the port bow seat (directly in front of you when you open the cave)

 

2. on the port side of the bow passthru (on the right when you opne the cave)

 

with option 2, you need to put a mounting board up first, as the fiberglass is thin, and only has a couple 1/2" thick pieces of the plastic board glued to it (if it's like mine) - get a piece of Pressure treated plywood, or better, the plastic board they use in the boat, and screw it to the small pieces already there - should give you roughly 18" tall by 20-24" wide mouting space

 

I'd take pictures of mine, but it's a couple hours away...
