Leaking Rams

Pulled the boat off the lift yesterday for a weekend trip to the lake, noticed more water in the bow than usual. It's coming from two places:

1) The sea strainer. I'm getting really annoyed with these things, I'm on my 3rd one now in 2 years and all 3 have leaked, probably going to plumb it out as it doesn't seem worth it since it has a grill on the thru-hull and we're not boating in areas with debris small enough to make it past the grill and large enough to cause problems. 

2) and my real concern, I noticed some water from around the port side portion of the ram "Y". Where the port tube meets the Y piece had some water on it. Has anyone else seen this? Any dealers here do warranty work for something similar?
