  1. Getting to know my 2021 ZS232's raw water drain system for winterization. Can it really be this simple? I plan to have my dealer handle this, but it would be nice to know in the event of a early or late season freeze as I live in the Northern states. I would obviously drain the strainer and any other intakes (ballast, etc...). This is my first inboard, so I am still learning. I posted a quick video of what the three hoses look like on my engine.
  2. Does anybody know where the coolant line is on a 2004 Centurion Enzo SV230? I am winterizing the boat and didn't know if this was the best way to funnel antifreeze into the engine block. Thanks!
  3. Winterization Checklist for 2004 Centurion Enzo SV230 Prior to this boat, I had a direct drive. I winterized each year on my own. Could anyone share their winterization checklists for a V-Drive? Also any information for draining/winterizing ballast. I have been reading some posts about draining the heater as well, but I wasn't sure if my 2004 model had that. Any information would great! Thanks
  4. Do you store your boat for the winter WITH or WITHOUT the seat cushions? I live in the Seattle area and have typically taken my seat cushions out of the boat and put them in my attic before taking the boat to an off-site heated storage barn. I've done this for the past 5-6 years to ensure great air-flow in the boat and prevent mold. Is this overkill? What do you do?
  5. Hope you all are doing well, I am a new Supreme S238 owner and although i've been around boats my entire life and the lake I haven't had to deal with maintenance or anything. I live in a pretty temperamental part of California where winters, if we even get any rain, are pretty mellow and not harsh. We do dip down into 32 degrees maybe once in a long while and maybe one early morning might hit 28 on rare occasion. I want to make this boat last so I am turning to you guys for some great input and advice and I appreciate all your guys time! Hopefully it will be stored indoors this winter but with winter approaching a few of our indoor options are family and friends racing to build up a shop in time for the rain. If not we will keep it outdoors under a custom cover. This area it isn't uncommon to still take the boat out during winter for some shred sessions, but I want to do enough winterization that protects this thing keeping it like new for many years to come. Thank You!
  6. Does anyone have experience with thermostat controlled heaters for keeping the engine compartment above freezing temps. I have been looking at Xtreme and Boatsafe engine compartment heaters as an alternative to winterizing my boat. I live in Texas and my boat is stored on the trailer in a garage, so it doesn't see a lot of extended freezing temps.
