  1. I rode Keenan's prototype this summer. Much better than the older model. I had a hard time getting the board to release off the wake based on how wide the board is in the tail. The tail is narrower in the production model. I rode a Fly Boy for the past couple years but have switched to the Phase 5 Wire. Personally I am not a fan of wax do to possibly getting all over everything, plus I find I slip off it more. Also, if you like landing airs, you will start to heel dent the board.
  2. IS fly boy big boy

The Big Boy is good if you are up close to 200lbs or more. Great boards. I would also look at the Phase 5 Aku, as this board is faster and a lot more stable (not as squirly) Is more durable, available in different sizes and MADE in the USA!!!
  3. I would like info on a-plate

There are some threads on this in the mods section. Do you not have a power trim tab? If not best bet just find out from Centurion what plate they used for your boat, then have a wing bolted on to it. The plates on the new boats bolt on the transom and are indented in the hull. Although maybe you could mod one on yours.
  4. I would get behind an FS44 before you decide. Personally I prefer the wake on the 244 much better, plus the fuel consumption is a lot less. I do feel the upgrade to a new 244 vs your older one is worth it! Switching side in less than a minute is awesome! It is a win either way! We are upgrading again and getting a 2015 244!
  5. I noticed a big difference from our 13 233 to the 14 244. 244 has the factory silent tip exhaust. I like it & the price!
  6. One thing that on the 2012 boats that I have seen the water instate is shared by all the ballast. Is your Pro Ballast have it's own dedicated thru hull fill? Also, sometimes the valves are set part way closed, that will also slow this rate down. I had 650lb bags in mine and they only took 8 minutes to fill, about the same as my php.
  7. It is the same tower on elite V's I believe the center piece t the top of the arch is different. This connects the two sides. I had a friend price a Gladiator before & it was about 4K!
  8. ABSOLUTELY! Don't forget, Dennis, I'm Goofy. Old boat Goofy wake was good, not great. Now its Great!
  9. The is no need for a "Goofy" boat anymore! The wake is equal on both sides! The wing plate allowed the wake to be clean, the CATS allowed you to run counterweight and to keep the wake clean. I am a goofy rider, have friend with an early 2014 Goofy 244, (probably the only one out there) he has nothing now on my wake, he was on it last night & was impressed! Goofy wake on the 44 is Perfect as well!
  10. Enzo FX 44 Settings

Stock weight is perfect, I feel! Make sure you have a full tank of fuel, the boat is sensitive to bow/stern weight compared to the SV's Also make sure you fill at about 16mph, set cruise. When switching side completely drain the counter weight and refill. it drains quicker than the timer shows. Reg Side 100% Port Ram 25% STBD Ram 100% Bow Trim 50-30% Surf 100% for Skim, beginner CATS 70 Goofy 20% Port Ram 100% STBD Ram 100% Bow CATS 20 Trim 50-30% Surf 100% for Skim, beginner Pulled the Lake Anna Wake Surf Open with this set up. Pros where happy with it!
  11. what would you do

I just sold my 233. I had a 343, never had a problem going out of the water with a boat full of ballast and people! I could plain out with the boat sacked out for surfing. even had every bag full for wake boarding when doing a photoshoot for a pro wakeboarder! 500 hrs no issues. I am surprised at the issues you are having. If you spin the valves they open or close, very basic. If the valve is dead should still be able to turn it manually to drain or refill. do you mean you cannot spin them open? Stereo sounds like it need to be tuned. Wet sounds has a tuning instructions on their website should get you pretty close. Bimini can be tightened up very easily to be tight. I would speak with your dealer as well as the factory. I am sure they can help work out these problems. I know you must be extremely frustrated. I wish you luck. I have a 244 RamFill boat now, as well as several of my friends, & I am extremely happy with the Ramfill.
  12. On my NEW 244 I just got I do leave the rear bangs full and use the Ram to switch sides in less than a minute! The wake is pretty much perfect. Extremely happy with it over our 233!
  13. How much in an FS44?! ENOUGH! lol We towed the WWSC qualifier here in VA with 2- FX44's and we used factory ballast. No extra weight. I am not sure how they will set up the boats at Worlds this year, but I assume they will be similar Here is the set -up Port Ram Port = 100% Ram STBD = 30% Bow = 100% Trim = 30-50% (based on Rider preference) CATS = 65
  14. May Picture/Video thread 2014

Out testing my friends new FX44 for the first Surf! This boat is pulling the Lake Anna Contest next week!
  15. New SV244 Wet Sounds install

What box dimensions did you use for the XXX to get it to fit there? Does that boat have a heater?
  16. Once again The Lake Anna Wake Surf open is a Qualifier for the World Series of Wake Surfing! This year is going to be BIG! Two day event with a Pro Division!! This is one of only 2 events east of the Mississippi this year!! There will be clinics the the day or two before the event with pro's Please check out the FB page for details as we get hem sorted out!!
  17. Is anyone in the crew Coming?!?! Come get some clinics with Sean Cummings!!!! By the way, The pro division is stacking up!!!! World Champions will be there!!!
  18. 2014 sv233 with ramfill

The Ram Fill is great!!! You need to be going over 10 to fill or drain. You will still need a bag in the rear compartments to get the same wake as the previously bagged boats. The Ram Fill Boats do not hold as much weight. The only exception is the FX44 as it is a Monster with zero extra weight. You can add a Plug N Play system now on the rain Fill Boats. If you do not just fill a bag in each rear compartment and use that as your counter weight and you will be able to switch sides easily.
  19. 2013 Enzo 211 ballast help

Definitely fill your STB Quuickfill to 100% If you want more drive to the wake put the trim at like 25% this will shorten it a tad, but make it taller & drive better.
  20. Wow!! That looks great! You increased the side all the way around! I am curious what that does on your hull. I had just added a wing but kept the same length of my current tab. Looks really good! What cost was it? what is it made out of?
  21. Legos

    lol, that's awesome!!
