QF circuit fault
NW Boat Sports replied to Dreamer's topic in Centurion Boat Maintenance, Performance, Troubleshooting
You are having a problem with your port QF valve. Open and close it using trailer mode and have someone watch the back of the boat with a light to see if it opens and closes as much and as easily as the starboard one. You mentioned that you changed them?! If you have a good old or new one, simply unplug the port one and plug in a test valve, open and close in trailer mode. If no fault on screen with the test valve, you have to replace the port valve. Do your valves have 2 wires or 3 wires? -
Your dealer can email it to you

CATS is still an option. With the new Opti-V hull, CATS isn't really needed but if you are one of those guys who likes to tweak, then yes you can use CATS to tweak your surf, wakeboard and running attitude of the boat.

Black on Black 257 build
NW Boat Sports replied to Spolk69's topic in Centurion Boats General Discussion
Software issue, let the factory know today. If you go into dealer settings, the 2017 Ri 257 has transom bag and you can adjust timers, but not for the 2018 257. A fix is already in the works. -

Centurion vs Malibu vs Nautique Fuel Economy w/ Actual Numbers
NW Boat Sports replied to BoardCo's topic in Centurion Boats General Discussion
I saw that when I watched again. We run the 16 X 15 and few hundred feet above elevation so hopefully even better fuel economy. Maybe I'll hook up Diacomm and see.. -
Centurion vs Malibu vs Nautique Fuel Economy w/ Actual Numbers

Nice video Mitch, Troy and Jack! What RPM's was Malibu running in the end? -
I'll put the Fi 23 and the Ri 237 wakeboard wake up against the RZX3 or any other boat for that matter. The new Option-V hull is awesome! Drives great, clean wakeboard wake (even down to lower speeds.) And legendary surf waves!

2017 S238 rear ballast upgrade.
NW Boat Sports replied to DMM's topic in Supreme Boats General Discussion
^They used to come with a lot less stickers...and NO capacity plate. When Correct Craft bought them, many more stickers covering their rear. Don't know if it's true but someone once told me each sticker represents a lawsuit. I know the bow capacity sticker is from he X-45 lawsuit in CA where the driver ran over 2 females after he chili dipped the bow. -

Warranty Issues
NW Boat Sports replied to stoked's topic in Centurion Boat Maintenance, Performance, Troubleshooting
1) valve is catching seal. 2) see #1. You can pinpoint by using trailer mode. Open and close the fill gates, the screen will show you if the starboard or port gate is causing the problem. Do the same for drain gates...what other error codes? 3) Hmm. Loose up top of where it meets the boat. Dealer can tighten up. 4) Removing the floor and water testing, opening ram fill, etc. you should be able to pinpoint the leak. -

Ramfill vents sometimes leak too. Not enough silicone or screws stripped out from factory. Look for them. -

Now back to the Fi 21. This will most likely be my next boat for the lake. I have garage, length, space issues at the lake. Currently have 2015 S21 and a 2001 Prostar 190. Will most likely sell both and get a Fi 21! We still ski, wakeboard, surf and cruise. Should fit the bill! -

The gate is more prone to catching the seals when opening and more likely closing at 20-25 MPH. The square seals do a great job of sealing but when you have that much water pressure running passed them at 25 MPH, the Valterra gate can catch the lip of the seal jamming it up... Yours sounds like a seal issue. Just have your dealer replace the entire gate under warranty. There are two kinds of seals. The rounded ones used on the old Drainmasters. They don't get caught by the gate but they leak. The square seals are what come from the factory. They don't leak a drop but they can be prone to getting caught by the gate over time or at higher speeds or a combo of both. -

Ramfill gates will open until 15 MPH, then they will shut. This is better for the Ramfill seals... -

I don't know about the 15 MPH. I can venture to guess that it has something to do with the plates retracting at 15 MPH? Sounds like the Center and Port timers needed to be flip flopped.. -

Also, new Ri software update out. Dated 08-22-17. Here is what it fixed: 15MPHPresets actually work /saveCenter and Port ballast tank timers were switched... internal component was messed up. -

Had to rescue a boat the other day in the proto Fi 23, I had a few minutes to play around with the wake boarding wake. Achieved a clean wake boarding wake downriver going 18 MPH with no ballast, river is running +/- 1 MPH so safe to assume clean down to 17 MPH. At 22.3 MPH where I ride the wake looked amazing, with some ballast it would be out of this world!! Waterski wake didn't look bad at 32 MPH, too! I would have taken pictures but too much debris in the river.... -

Ri 217 Surf Setup
NW Boat Sports replied to mrnate450r's topic in Centurion Boats General Discussion
Something isn't right, you have too much wash on the top. Kongae has the ticket. We're running 400 lbs of lead as close to the transom as you can. 5 bags on surf side, 3 bags on non=surf side.
