  1. Just pulled the trigger on a 2018 Supreme S226, but it does not have a bimini. Is there anything out there better than the factory bimini I should look at?
  2. I’m looking for a Bimini top for my gladiator tower. I have it on a 92 Supra Sunsport. I haven’t had any luck finding one. Maybe if someone could help me with a part number I could point myself in a better direction.
  3. Love my new 2018 S211. With that said, the octo tower looks great but its functionality is horrible. I have two major issues with the tower. I don't know if it is common in all new S211's or just an error in the production that is causing the issues. First, the bimini removal is a two person job. If you try to attempt it by yourself you end up scratching the tower to heck. The flat metal "dowel" thing that holds the bimini arm to the tower are an issue as well because when you remove the bimini arms they fall out and bounce around your boat like a brick, and that's if you're lucky enough for them to fall inside your boat and not hit the outside gelcoat. The major issue I have with the tower is that it is mounted about an inch to far forward and when you put the tower down to put the boat in and out of storage, it rests on the window frame and bows the window frame out. This has now caused the lower portion of the driver side window to be about 1/4 inch off the boat deck and the windshield now wiggles as if the screws are loose. If the tower was an inch back it would rest on itself and not the window. I'd love to hear what others are doing to resolve the bimini issue as well as the tower issue if your are experiencing the same issue.
  4. I was having a really hard time finding any information online about the Monster Cargo Bimini so I thought I would post a couple of pictures here for you guys after the install was complete. The medium fit perfectly and the install was straight forward. Even with the 8" Wetsound tower speakers, I am able to stand under the top at 6'2" thanks to the concave design. [ The Gator Step was the same. Straight forward and easy install. It really upgraded the look of the interior too. Now I just need to figure out a replacement for the teak swim deck.
  5. Hi all!! Recently purchased a used (very little) '05 Cyclone C4. The wifey wants a top to shade her while on the water. I'm looking some advise on where to get one from as the local dealer is no help since the boat is over 10 years old. I do have speakers that hang down and would like for the top to close and store in front of the speakers. The strange thing is that there are already brackets on the rear tower posts and holes for brackets in the forward posts but the original owner says "never had a top". Would really like to use the existing mounting locations. Maybe someone here can help. Also, if I have to abandon what's existing......give me a suggestion of where to start....16" or 26" height (from mounting) location? BTW....I only say Xtreme tower because mine is just like the one from a previous post about tower brand! No markings just a small stick on label at the top "'05 Cyclone".
  6. Hello, My name is Camilo. I am new to this forum and to centurions. I have owned a 2001 nautique and a malibu xti before this. I just purchased a used 2008 centurion avalanche c4. It has a evolution wakeboard tower which i read is no longer in business. Boat came with no bimini top and the only one I have found online is only inboard for $1850. I am wondering if anyone else that has same tower has had any luck. Also what are people using for bow ballast and how many lbs?
  7. I bought a 238 here is SOCAL a couple months ago. I was wonder if anyone has done anything with a bow/front Bimini top. It would sure be nice to have a little more shade.
  8. Anyone with some pictures of how a Falcon V Bimini is supposed to be configured. When the Submarine landed on the bottom it tweeked the bimini a bit. The more detailed picture the better. Thanks
  9. Ok guys, there were a couple old threads...but not really any help to me so I figured I'd post a new one. I have a new to me 03' Avalanche with the Proflight tower. I need a new bimini as the old one broke last year and since I need to replace it, I figured I'd try to get one I can store our tube on. I've seen the Z5's and monsters cargo tops. I spoke with Z5's founder and figured out that their top won't work with my tower...and I'm unsure of how monsters will fit... Anyone have any experience with it or others...? Any help is greatly appreciated and pictures will help too if anyone has one that works great.
  10. Just got my bimini in from Fineline. I had been looking for a bimini for the Evo tower for quite some time and finally bit the bullet on one. I've read a bunch of posts for others that were looking for something so just thought I'd share. Metcraft was the OEM for the tower, bimini, and racks back then but had gone out of business. I had previously talked to Centurion after learning that and they said they had the plans to make one. Looks pretty nice so far! When I get it installed (will be 2 months until I can do it) I'll post more pics of the final installation in case anyone wants to see how it turns out.
