  1. The FS33 mod is a pretty sweet mod. But it's kinda spendy. Your wave is so close to being there! I'd say you either need more weight in the starboard corner, or less weight in the port. That a lot of counter weight. I like counterweight as it usually adds push. So if you can't take out the counter, add 200lbs of lead to the very back corner of the starboard side. Just try sitting there and other spots even before you go buy lead. Also, a custom bag that goes up under your side seat (Enzo style) would be helpful.
  2. After reading this again I realized it may be confusing. The many failed attempts was for the air reverse at the end of the video. Hopefully I can start getting them consistent.
  3. I "believe" it was a sv244. And it was around 1100lbs. Each.
  4. Add some angle to your dangle...
  5. Thanks! I couldn't be happier. It took a heck of a lot of failed attempts throughout the summer to finally get one! Hopefully I can do it again!!
  6. Surf setup

Not sure if you'd adjust the surf side tab at all but as far as the set points go, they're just a starting point. Once you're running you may have to adjust settings as your gas gets used up or you may have a different amount of people in boat and whatnot.
  7. Surf setup

When you are surfing on the right (goofy/starboard) side of the boat using quicksurf, the left (reg/port) side tab is pushing downward forcing the boat to list and canter slightly. The surf side tab is not deployed (0%). 0% is all the way up, 100% is all the way down or fully deployed. So when you press "surf right" it's the left tab that moves and creates your goofy wave. And then vice versa for surf left. There is quite a bit of info here on the site on the S238 as we have several members who own them and have spent countless hours dialing in their setups for surfing. Use the search feature at the upper right of the main page. The general consensus so far is that you can get a better wave by listing every model boat that Supreme and Centurion makes at this time with the RI series being the exception. Make sure to post up a pic of your new baby in the "show us your rides" thread.

That's pretty close Nick. I'd be pissed too
  9. Ri237 prop options?

Ok, so the few pics I've seen on Instagram and Facebook lead me to believe that there isn't an issue cleaning up the regular wave. Or at least they've figured it out. Also, went out on my friends 2017 S226 today and checked out the underneath. It has the new aggressive prop shaft angle. It has a 14.5" prop(not sure which actual prop, doh) and a ton of clearance between it and the hull. And there was no issues dialing in the wave at all. Sadly, it has very little room between the prop and the trailer prop guard! So going up in size, it may be able to fit a 15" prop as is. But I don't think it's necessary. Noticed the boat liked to porpoise as we were flying across the lake to get some lunch, but a quick adjustment of the trim tab corrected that.
  10. 2016 DEMO SV233 - THE END OF AN ERA

HA! I was just thinking the same thing!!

Looks like DJ Jamez switchblade wave!
  12. LETS SEE YOUR RIDES

I've said it before and I'll say it again... love the Ovation graphic.
  13. LETS SEE YOUR RIDES

Because they modeled it after the Ferrari Enzo. The front ends look fairly similar. http://pictures.topspeed.com/IMG/crop/201306/buy-your-dad-a-ferra-1_800x0w.jpg http://boats-from-usa.com/sites/default/files/boats/centurion/87145/centurion-fs33-975291.jpg
  14. Ri237 prop options?

So it's "one step forward, and two steps back" then???
  15. That wave looks incredible for how little weight you have in it Wolfpacker. Our old EliteV liked a bit of counter weight when surfing regular. The lip of your wave isn't quite clean. But super close! My thought is that you need at least twice the weight you're running to get the push you need out of the wave. These surf devices can make a nice "looking" wave, but has no mass to it, so it doesn't push you. Did you have your center tank full too?
  16. Centre Plug came loose

Well... gonna check mine before going out next time!
  17. SV230 vs SV233 hull

    So mean! LOL
  18. Ri237 prop options?

HOLY MOLY!!! What a difference! Would think that angle would mitigate prop wash as well. Thanks for those pics!
  19. Floating Log 1 : CATS O

Was just busting your balls man. I seen you were reading the thread and just wanted to get in a quick low blow before you posted. I disagree however on the skeg vs. Cats, Cats will likely be alot more expensive to fix! LOL
  20. LETS SEE YOUR RIDES

Son of a... LOL. My neighbor already started calling my boat (and me) sparkles. "Oh hey, you taking Sparkles out today" is commonly heard while prepping the boat. FML LOL
  21. Floating Log 1 : CATS O

Damn! That sucks. Look out... here comes H to poopoo on the added features/headaches of Centurions.
  22. Old photos. Nothing new worth posting. Lol
  23. LETS SEE YOUR RIDES

Thanks. ITS NOT SPARKLE!! it's metal flake. Lol
  24. Surf setup

Yep. I've put a friend onto a docked boat to get through to the dock. And we've done the swim to shore too sadly. People are selfish and inconsiderate and just plain stupid. My F-150 has a pretty short wheelbase, so we can make it around fairly easily.
