  1. April Pictures and Videos

Infinity, what's your temp in NC? You guys able to surf already? Great looking wave on your SV!!
  2. April Pictures and Videos

Awesome pictures and wave Lak3. Killing it
  3. 06 Sv230 or 06 Avy C4

I personally like the Sv over the avy for style. I cannot speak to functionality, but understand the SV is more geared to surfing and is easier to dial in a goofy side wave. I sure some avy owners may correct my understanding. As far as price, depending on hours and condition you should be in the mid 30's for an 06. Good luck with your search
  4. Buy his boat - great deal on a great boat
  5. New 2013 SV233 Owner

Welcome Synergy, as Mr. Fury's pictures show, you are gonna love your new wave!!!! This is a great site also, they can answer any questions you will have with your SV233. Hey Bongo, got some weight in that bad boy!!! Great looking wave
  6. https://youtu.be/XSFsAx8Q9Ng I shot this short video of the demo today. What an amazing wave for any boat, much less a 21' boat!! Thank you Boardco for the amazing deal and service!
  7. Initial lake test 217

Congratulations to you too - sounds like you got a sick deal on a sick boat with a sick wave!! Should be a fun summer once if gets here
  8. Initial lake test 217

Infinity, I like your plan, wait and get a slightly used one next fall or spring. I do recommend you get one tho. Buying any new boat is a big step, much less when you already have one in your driveway that runs, looks awesome and kicks an amazing wave. Its was hard for me to trade in my 2012 v226. She still had many good years, was shiny, and kicked an amazing wave, felt like an idiot spending the money to upgrade. However, the RI was worth every penny. I was blown away by not only how easy it created that amazing wave but also the adjustability of it. These boats are machines. I cannot wait to put some hours on her this Spring! Not sure where you at but if you are ever find yourself in southwestern Colorado area bump me, happy to "push" you around for now afternoon.
  9. Initial lake test 217

Yes, mitch the mann was driving. He got us dialedd in and all set!! Gotta say I heard god things about the 217's wave despite its small size, but we were blown away. What a little beast! Steep and curling one second, long and crisp the next. I am amazed how that little of a boat can get a wave similar to the bigger boats. Visually it reminded me of my buddies 24 foot enzo, not quite as big of corse, but very close. I will play with more weight and post some better videos once i get to start trying different setups. Co Surfer, that was deer creek reservour, jot navajo (very similar tho). I look forward to "throwing" some centurion "weight" around Navajo this summer with you. I will be launching when i get back form AZ the week of 4/21. Come by slip 908 anytime for a cold cool beverage once you get your girl wet

Everyone, too many unique special topics in one feed!! Each topic needs proper respect . . .each is too special to be jumbled up. First, Lake3, might be the CLASSIEST COOLEST wedding ever, hands down. Talk about creating an experience she will remember forever, touch of brillance! Cahones too man, Powell aint for sissies much less as a wedding destination. Cwazy, sick! She looks sick!!! Sexy mean beast. You are right she looks good on the water. Makes me smile ear to ear and she's not mine. Congratulations! Only constructive input i have is it's only MARCH, and you live high on the big ball man. I only comment as a fellow addict that lives in a, how do you say, tempret climate. Absolutely beautiful girl regardless! Chowder2016, wow, saw it on the floor and couldn't help yourself!! 3 axels centurion goodness!!!! There's "a" new boat and there's "the" new boat, dont let anyone refer to her with an "a". I will also go on record and say: you win. What? Everything. Period. When you value your life based on the fake wave your motor boat can create, as I do, anyone with a 257, you win. Even if that was not your intention, you still win. World domination one "foot" at a time, "foot" soliders we all are.
  15. Crew, have a question for you: Have a trip booked for 1st week of April in the Phoenix area and was planning on dragging my 217 along because honestly, she is new and I don't want to wait until May to surf her (yes a freely admit I have a problem). I got myself to accept the 15 hour tow (round trip) and the fact that I will have to rewinterize her before I stick her back in my shed, but my question is do I need to get a low altitude prop to run her at low elevation? She has an H6 if that factors into the answer. Appreciate any feedback
  16. No worries on bad timing, catch you next time I come down. Funny you are escaping to the pow, we are escaping from it. Have about 30 days so far this year so I'm good on the pow. Need to get my surf on!!! Appreciate the prop offer!! Crew rules!
  17. Sweet, may take you up on your offer to borrow a prop. We ran Saguaro last year and were planning on running there this year as well. The rental is in North Scottsdale so not far from Saguaro. We fome to Phoenix several times a year to warm up so to speak. We are booked the 5th thru the 11th so I will definitely reach out. Would absolutely love to compare the waves on your 237 and my 217!!!!!! That's worth the effort, IMO of getting my girl there. Not sure if i can get it together for this trip but man that sounds sweet! Thanks sincerely for the offer! Our crew rules!

Nice rig cwazy!!!! Absolutely beautiful. Lak3surf3r: you are killing, although I did get to ride 5 inches of pow yesterday. Much rather be surfing tho. Love the purple as well, wave looks sick! Some sick boosts as well, those kids made of rubber or something? Don't think I can get my knees to bend that far anymore, oh to be 19 again . . .
  19. I have a bunch of buddies that run ronix wakeshapes. One on a malibu (11 lsv) and another on a tige (06? 22ve) - both agreed the listed wave was better on port side but the wedge wave was close. Neither could get a goofy wave without the wedge. Another buddy runs it with a 2015 sanger (21') - he needs the wedge to get a decent wave on both sides. Those sangers are not really deep enough to kick a pushy wave, IMO (no offense to any sanger owners out there). ProRider: congratulations on the purchase! This is the site if you have any questions, bunch of guru addicts here, they know everything!!
  20. BOUGHT AN RI 257 !

You guys are in shorts!!! 5 degrees when i woke up this am. I'm booking a trip to AZ today, enough of this cold. Joe, nice colors on the inside. Fivebar, nice ups
  21. ri 217 409 hp

You should be fine at that elevation - save the 9 grand and buy the lady something nice
  22. Factory Tour

She looks like a bully - thought bulling was not PC. Designed to push her weight around I guess, better to be behind her than in her way!
  23. BOUGHT AN RI 257 !

Love the comparison. I have given up trying to convince my buddies who think Malibus are the best surf boats of the errors oftheir ways. Dragging a big board through the water vs. Pushing water around the side of a deep hull? Whatevs Joe, sick wave out the box! Let us know how that bow drops with some weight and what that does to the wave
  24. BOUGHT AN RI 257 !

Sweet pics Joe! Beauty and the beast
