  1. A custom one I had built. I have a thread on it somewhere on here.
  2. Depends how far you want to go up under the seat, my custom starboard sac would work. You can add more to the finger if you want to go farther up under the seat.
  3. The RI217 can throw a beautiful wave without CATS. Do a slight list (80-90 percent ram opposite of the wave) and adjust the surf and center tabs to form the wave you want.
  4. Our old boat was an 08 Avy. I’ve surfed behind a lot of Centurions (SV233, FS33 & 44, Fi23 & 25, Ri237, 257, 230 , and 245). The Ri245 and 230 is the shape of our Avy wave just bigger. Which is why I’m waiting on our new Ri230 to come in. The 245 is a big boat but that wave is $$$$$$! The 230 was easier to drive, turn around, dock, trailer, etc. The waves behind the FS, Fi and earlier Ri’s are nothing to get upset about. All great waves. I wanted a certain shape, the 245/230 gave that. Whichever boat you decide on, spend some time and dial in the wave how you like it, and enjoy it!
  5. Ive driven both the 245 and 230. Ive ordered a 230, and Im very happy with my choice. the 230 drives like a LOT smaller boat. Don't get me wrong the 245 is a awesome boat! The 230 is more my style and size.
  6. New FI23 or used RI237

245 all day if you can afford it. otherwise 257.
  7. Well after 11.5 years of owning our Avy, we've said goodbye. The dealer stopped me and a buddy on the lake (my buddies Ri245) and told me he had a buyer for the Avy. He told me the price and then what he would sell me a Ri230 for. So needless to say, I cleaned out the Avy and dropped it off at the dealer. First time in 11.5 years the Avy was out of my possession. Coming home to an empty shop was hard. The Ri230 should be here sometime in the spring. To say we are excited is an understatement.
  8. Bahama blue and white. Core scheme. White interior with castano brown accents. Just like this boat but the interior colors are swapped. Where this one is brown, ours will be white and where this one is white ours will be brown. https://fb.watch/72tm-X8bc5/ Got any pictures to share?????
  9. That's not the factory Bimini for a tribal tower. Sorry I can't either.
  10. Pictures from when we dropped her off at the dealer and an empty shop.
  11. Thanks. Yes the Ri230 is a 23' like the Ri245. Unreleased highly rumored Ri230

  13. 2005 Avy Surf Wake help

@Browntown Sounds good! Yea, I was on the fence about the bag. I hardly ever roll the boat to that side. We all ride goofy. Good luck with the restore!
  14. 2005 Avy Surf Wake help

    @Browntown Where are you located?
  15. 2009 Centurion Avalanche C4

Location? That's a good trade with tax savings. Probably get around 50 outright. I wouldn't want to deal with people coming to look at it. You can always put it on OnlyInboards and Boat Trader, see if you get any bites till you decide. Never know, someone might pick it up with out much hassle.
  16. I used the house battery. I can fill the ballast while the engine is off and not worry about the boat not starting.
  17. Try what the second post says. Good luck.
  18. Have you looked at Great Lakes? I think that era racks were from Skylon.
  19. Picking up a boat

I run a custom sac probably get 1700+ lbs or so in it (fills the whole locker and under the starboard seat) and another 150 in sand bags on the seat corner. Listed hard. A-plate all the way up. I don't think I had anything else in the boat on that picture. If I had more, the sand bags would of been on the floor next to the seat and a 300lb bag on the seat. I custom built my a-plate. I have a thread on here about it.
  20. Doomswell nubstep/neo

My Neo is from 2016 (might be a 2015 board) and my Nub is a 2019/2020. Couldn't find the picture of it when i bought it.
  21. Picking up a boat

An Avy will throw a great goofy wave with a few mods. My 08 Avy’s wave is great for the price. Check out an A-plate. And custom sacs. We’ve owned ours since new. Just my wife in the boat.
  22. Doomswell nubstep/neo

    I haven't rode a Flyboy either. Sorry.
  23. Doomswell nubstep/neo

I have both the Neo and Nub. I like the Nub better. Seems faster and easier to carve. Out of all the boards if ridden I like the Nub the best. Ive tried a few Soul's and IS's but not the G-Ride. I still love my Neo and if I want a more forgiving board (rough lake) then I'll hop on the Neo and have a great ride. If the water is good, it will be the Nub. With your new supreme I think either board 4'6" would be fine. My buddy is 6'4" about 220 or so and he rides my 4'6" with out issues. The 4'8" lets him recover easier but loses some of his ability to throw the board around on the wave. He just ordered a Blu Surf. I can't wait to try it out! Happy shopping!
  24. Ri series help

For me wave 237-257-245, 245 being the best. I haven't been on a 265 yet. The 245 wave was so impressive! the shape was like my Avy (which i love) but just bigger. First time behind a 245 was my best run I've ever had and I was in a long wetsuit. Test them all out and see what you think.
