  1. So got the boat out today, threw 2 Dumbbells in the back corner on each side {150lbs} per side, just the wife an kids but the wave was great, was running about 11 upriver and 11.4 downriver, surfing further back and faster than I ever did in my SV, can't wait to get another 300lbs of weight
  2. I'll do it again by the end of the weekend and set my hitch as high as it will go. But it couldn't hold much more
  3. wont let me post the scale ticket from my phone
  4. ok so after buying a new adjustable hitch to get my trailer level, filled the goofy RAM till it over flowed and creped 100 yards to the scale, sloshing about a gallon 2 at most, the NET for the RAM was. 1580LBS yep that's it, little disappointing they claim its so much more. but its the best wave ive road.
  5. just in case its at Dennis Dillon RV
  6. don't kwon why that line is in my post?
  7. well I just traded in a nice 2014 sv233 green with tint in boise id. 3 days ago, pretty much loaded 55 hours, no pnp though, should be able to pick it up for about mentioned ball park.
  8. had a 05 avalanche and it would be well above the rub rail when loaded, yea she used to freak.
  9. I believe you can go into the ballast timer settings and adjust the fill times for all the different ballast ram, bow, and pnp. I saw this scene just the other day on my boat so I'd guess they all have it.
  10. wow, that much of a difference, I demoed with just ramfill and thought it mas much nicer and cleaner than my sv233 with ram and 300lbs {four 75lbs dumbbells} in the back corner of surf side, gonna have to try it with the PNP tomorrow, then my have to put the dumbbells back, mama's not gonna like it though, she thinks im gonna sink the boat. LOL
  11. so would it be about the same on the RAM, BOW, CATS, and trim if I didn't fill the PNP, the wife doesn't like it when we have to take everything out of the lockers, im guessing I will only run the PNP when im just out with guys, which isn't that often because she's usually the driver.
  12. Got my new 233 last week, and it's already in for the 20 hour service.
  13. ok, so I went out for a demo today on a new 2014 Axis A24, after everything I have been hearing about Axis and surfgate I must admit I was a bit disappointed. I thought this whole thing about weighting the boat evenly sounds great since we surf both sides and hate having to switch all the ballast, but from what we tried today the wave just wasn't that big or have much push. we filled all the stock ballast plus a 800 plug n play in each corner plus about 700 up front and the driver, surfgate and wedge. our water depth wasn't the best between 17' and 19' but I believe my Avy would do fine at that depth, we usally run at about 27' in it. End result, ill be keeping my 05 Avy for now, or until someone can show me a better surfgate wave than I have now on my C4. has anyone else tried one of these, did you have better luck? did we need more weight? total we had close to 3000lbs.
  14. Enzo sv233 goofy surf

Yea but I like it better with a little counter weight, need to get me a gopro , wife has to drive so it's hard to get pics, usually just us and the kids.
  15. Enzo sv233 goofy surf

  17. Enzo sv233 goofy surf

Picking the Enzo up from service today, will be trying your setup this weekend.
  18. Enzo sv233 goofy surf

Looks great, so where about do you run the weight and at how much, I should be able to accomplish the same results with my 300 lbs and a little counter balance don't you think ?
  19. Enzo sv233 goofy surf

Yep, most of the hours were surfing
  20. Enzo sv233 goofy surf

So played all weekend and loved it, the ramfill is great, we surf both side and being able to switch side in less than a minute is a big deal, it takes that long to swap over our four 75lb dumbbells, the extra 300lbs is nice and I don't have to move all our stuff from side to side. The goofy wave was much better than my AVY, I could ride at 11mph with plenty of push, still need to dial it in a bit with the CATS and trim but I thought it was great, the regular side looks awesome, we should be able to get goofy side just as good shouldn't we? Anyone have a 233 with ramfill dialed for goofy?
