hmmmm.....have to figure out where to draw the line on cost//performance//space//current need. Rather not wear down the battery with subpar amps or underpower any speakers (shouldn't be an issue with the current setup).

I knew there had been a shakeup in ownership, but started reading that they were on the rebound again (see below). I figure if nothing else I can throw it in a car in a year or two. http://www.pasmag.com/car-audio/test-reports/1805-test-report-precision-power-p9004-amplifier- Ask anyone who’s been around car audio for more than a few years to name some of the most iconic brands in the industry, and without a doubt the name Precision Power will make the list. The brand sort of floundered for a bit a few years ago, but lately it has been making a strong comeback to regain some of the former glory and respect in the industry. The resurgence is being driven with great new products, like the Phantom Series P900.4 amplifier, that we’re going to have a close look at in this review.

Hey guys, I am going to make a few changes to my system this spring even though I made most of the mods last year and I wanted any thoughts on replacing my old stock Kicker 350.4 that drives my internal speakers and Sub. I was looking at the lineup of class D type amps from JL, Alpine etc and couldn't justify the $500 at this point, but I did find the Precision Power class D Phantom line. Not sure if they even compare to the above amps, but they have to be better than the kicker (going to put the kicker in my '89 Bronco to give it a boost). The P900.5 is going for just $220. http://www.precisionpoweronlinestore.com/products/P900.5-900w-5%252dChannel-Phantom-Class-D-Series-Amplifier.html Here is the rest of my system. - Alpine 118M Head Unit with remotes on transom and one TBD - 4 Exile XM7's driven by the Exile Harpoon Amp - Polk DB 6.5" Interior (Future Upgrade) - Kicker 10" Sub (Future Upgrade) - Kinetik Battery for Power - Surepower Isolator - Promariner Charger Thanks, Kevin

Sure you have it solved, but for others it is Blue to Red and Green to Black. Had the same issue. -

I could probably remove the crossbars, but I figured it would save time to ask on here. Whole thing seems ridiculous, so I figured I was just missing something since I tried them at the end of the day yesterday. I guess someone was telling me it was time to call it a day and grab a new beer. The ladies do come in handy. No problems getting a drink from the boats tied up next to mine... -

This is the current ballast I am having to deal with. It is really hard to wrangle them into place when I am trying to surf My current dilemma is trying to get the black covered boxes on top of the tanks out. They are wedged in there pretty good. Getting the tanks disconnected and replaced should be the simple part, but I am stuck at step 1......The last attachment is a poor photo where you can see half of the hard tank with the black box half off. -

I am fine cutting and have done plenty of other work on the boat, but somehow just getting them out has sucked. Plan on using the boxes to cover the sideswipe exhaust anyways and have to cut them for that. Not a great way to start the season . At least the boat looks good and so do the ladies on board. -
Ok, I know there are a bunch of topics on replacing the hard tanks, but I will get to those once I can get mine out. I have an 06 avalanche c4 with sideswipe exhaust and I am struggling to get the tanks out. I actually can't get the black covers out. I almost decided to cut them out out of frustration. Tell me I am missing something please. Thanks

No need for a ballast system on my ride, I just have them move around until the wake is nice

I need to check on a few things, but I will know if I am in by Monday. Black is fine.
