Anyone heard of these guys? www.suckgatewakesurf.com Was thinking of giving them a try since it's only $200. The main thing I like is being about to switch sides. Pros? Cons? TIA

Finally found the boat I've been wanting to buy but it does not come with a trailer. If you know of a used Enzo trailer and would like to help a forum member out please send me a PM. Thanks in advance.

Is this still happening? I live about 15 min away from the lake and I could bring my boat (2003 Elite V) also but seeing what boats are actually coming, makes me want to either sell mine or just leave it at home. I have a 2014 Mucus I could bring. -

Nice! I wonder what caused the wave?

Fuel gauge always reads full
DFR replied to jcbrighton's topic in Centurion Boat Maintenance, Performance, Troubleshooting
X3 Also don't ever trust the fuel gauge on your boat. Normally I would top off the gas tank every day I took mine out unless I was out camping at a lake and even then after the second day on the water I went into town to fill it up. -
Engine compartment heater

I am in a similar situation. My boat is stored inside my garage on a trailer and I like your idea. Definitely easier than winterizing. -
Looking at buying a 2007 Tahoe/Yukon Hybrid and the towIng capacity on it is only 6000lbs. I was wondering what your thoughts are on how well it would tow a 2003 Elite v-drive. I think normal tow capacity on a regular Tahoe is 7000 or 7500lbs, so it has considerable less tow capacity. Anyway, with gas prices where they are, I think a hybrid would be a better suv but I'm skeptical about it's towing capabilities.
-
The hybrid I'm looking at is a Yukon, with 31k miles and the guy is asking $33k obo.

I am only about 5-10 away from the boat launches I usually use. I wouild like to be able to tow the boat to places that are 5-6 hrs away, like eastern WA, as the weather there is sometimes nicer. What do you guys think about this link: http://www.texassportboats.com/new_vehicle_detail.asp?veh=7521&CatDesc=#detail Is that an accurate weight of a 2003 Elite Vdrive? The boat in the picture, looks exactly like my boat. If the boat really weighs only 2900 pounds and lets say the trailer weighs another 1000 pounds(not sure on this #), then it sounds like maybe a hybrid wont have issues towing it.

Definitely a nice tow rig!!!! If you don't mind me asking, how much was it? Ball park figure.
