pbird whats up. first of all dont have wieght on both sides of the boat if you want to surf. i run about 2000# in the lightning. 1100 in port locker, 400 port side bench seat, 400 bow and the 250 stock tank. speed is around 10.5-11.5 depending on crew. can get a nice wake with this setup. hope this helps.
