  1. Swim deck parts

Mines not fairing well either, screws backing out, molding all wavy, even the metal is bulging out 1/4". Let me know what you find.
  2. No regrets

This is all ballast full, 4 people on surf side.
  3. No regrets

More stinger in my experience runs the wave longer, less is short pocket and very rampy. I use both, very dependent on the board for me of which style wave I ride. Have you tried filling the bow pnp as well?
  4. Lets just say the Supremes in my area with spray dates if the same time period are having the same issues. I don't think the boats are bad, just a bad production run, trying to squeeze too many boats out due to high order numbers. This boat will only put out a massive wave sacked out with upgraded ballast and lead, I have about 55 hours on mine now figuring it out. Handling sacked out is piggish, Im not sure if there are any that handle great when loaded, manageable but not great. Free board is mid range in my opinion. Its taller than the Sangers, but looks a little lower than most the new Malibu's I've seen on the water. I let an experienced driver run the boat for a set and we took on a ton of water over the bow...from our own rollers, he forgot to slow down, bump reverse, and head in between the rollers. Hope that helps.
  5. No regrets

Strange how all these boats perform differently. Glad you like it.

Lets see pictures of the wave from a few angles. Sounds like a small pocket, steep wave?
  7. So long as they stand behind the product, that is yet to be seen on my end. Dealer is doing his part, not sure on the manufacturer.
  8. Yup, the G's are losing props due to shaft failure. Quality.

This is what my mechanic said as well. Where are the vents at so I can keep an eye out?

  11. Not sure if this answers your question, but in 2015 Correct Craft bought Centurion and Supreme. As far as build quality, in general my opinion is it goes Nautique, Centurion, then Supreme...so far as the Correct Craft family boats go.
  12. Is there a resetable switch under the dash or in the storage compartments? Or a regular fuse that is blown?
  13. Gauge can be had at napa as well as the fittings. I would dump the Heet in there and see if it was water first, then move to fuel pressure. Plugs all look good? Hooked up? Not fouled etc? These are all the things your dealer is going to check...
  14. 238 demo

Cost effective, and entry level boat should be under 40k...like Bayliner.
  15. Bags Self Draining

I'll look mine over a little more, my bilge is dry though.
  16. Bags Self Draining

    Lol. Funny stuff right there.
  17. 238 demo

G23 or Ri237 are top on my list but really want ti stay at the same'ish pricepoint. Either way this boat is getting traded in even if its on an 18' 238
  18. Starbrite marine polish is awesome. Now I need a wax...
  19. Is there a port where you could thread in around the fuel filter or pump area to get a gauge on it to check pressure?
  20. 238 demo

The 230 is scheduled for demo in October as they are out of stock at the moment, that is most likely what I will be looking to get. Does it not surf well? Ive read it needs some extra weight as well.
  21. Bags Self Draining

    Redneck ingenuity at its finest.
  22. 238 demo

I demo'ed a stock 17' 226 before I got my 238, and have never seen a dialed in 226, but I can say with extra ballast my wave is impressive in height and shape, but not length. The push goes away as I try to get a longer wave. Also, I took out lead this weekend to try to wakeboard, and the surf wave got tiny and didn't improve the wakeboard wave. This will be my only season in a 238 if I can help it. Very finicky, lots of issues, and doesnt wakeboard at slower speeds.
  23. Bags Self Draining

Hey mine too! Really annoying. Have not found a fix yet.
  24. 238 demo

Without 1100's and 600 lbs of lead and 4 people minimum in the boat, the surf wave is less than impressive. The lead must be placed far back in the lockers.
