  1. I'm game, weather permitting of course!
  2. I actually just ran into this last weekend at lake Powell. Checked my dip stick and noticed it was about 2 quarts low, since the last oil change, probably 125 hours or so. I haven't looked into it all yet. I haven't noticed this in past years, and I usually put about 100 hours on per year. It may have been low and I never noticed, as I usually have the oil changed this time of year.
  3. October pic thread

Okay, few more, definitely over sharing here:

  7. Lake Powell Mussel Inspections Ramping up

Right AZ and I think WY out our way.
  8. Lake Powell Mussel Inspections Ramping up

No doubt, I'm all for the enforcement. In my experience the boaters have been more vigilant than the staff doing the hot clean out. I guess it makes sense to try and attack this issue going in and out of the lakes. However, if you are putting the boat away for the season, or if you just have enough days between trips to the lake to ensure all the mussels are dead, I don't think anything needs to be done or enforced while driving out on the highway.
  9. I think they are more than $200, closer to $400 new. I had a guy rebuild mine with alternator bearing parts which still cost me around $200.
  10. Lake Powell Mussel Inspections Ramping up

I just left on Monday around 3 PM from Wahweap, and didn't run into this, but they did warn me as I entered into the park that I needed to pull plugs or AZ law would fine you. I didn't hot wash boat / ballast but did pull my plug, I'm winterizing this week. Season's over
  11. polar bear

Glad you weren't on a motorcycle! Sad story in South East Utah Saturday. http://www.ksl.com/?sid=31926592&nid=148&fm=most_popular&s_cid=popular-2
  12. deckadence options

I've actually been in touch with Deckadence of late. They take about a week to respond to emails. This is my contact: krista@deckadencemarine.com. Or you can try: Jim Pelletier <jimsmarineflooring@yahoo.com>, I think he's in FL?

The wife out with Big and Kusee, she was pretty happy about the Dry Suit, even if it did dwarf her!
  14. Christmas came early!

Kris and Big, thanks for taking my wife surfing while I was slaving away in meetings in STL (wasn't that bad, hit the STL LA playoff game)! Kris, Wendy was especially grateful for the use of the dry suit! She also really liked your pink 4-Skim board.
  15. If you change your mind, I can meet you off the freeway with the Woody and Blue in Lehi or AF. 362.6031
  16. Once you're a pro, I guess there is no down side to coming out of the closet on the dark side
  17. When Pulling....

    Actual LOL, wow!!
  18. I, and the announcers, saw a significant wave difference between the FX44 and the other brand boats, seemed pretty clear cut. Also, I find it interesting but don't really have an explanation that there are clearly more Port Riders than Starboard, until you get to the Pro level, then it evens out.
  19. Never heard from you Super, hope you're having fun down at Powell!
  20. It just occurred to I have a couple sweatshirts for you USM.
  21. Super I have the is red rocket woody which you are welcome to take. In Dallas today, home Wednesday, I can meet you at work, wed or Thurs.
  22. Boatless Wakeboarding? Not a cable park

Cool, Where's the actual footage of a rider using it?
  23. Also, because the blower is plastic and kind of flimsy, sometimes the blower can just get a little twisted or warped. You may want to try and loosen the mount a little and play with it, might be able straighten it out. Most likely the plastic blades are barely hitting the plastic housing. But as Volz points out they are easy to change and not very expensive if you just want to replace it.
  24. Need a new board

Nice! Did they give you an expected delivery date?
