My 2006 Avalanche elite ballast pumps intakes do not work. The out pumps do come on. The "in" switches to light. The intake pumps worked 3 weeks ago after the winter storage and repairs. This is the 3rd season with the intake pumps not working. The fuses are good. Although the PowerPC 1 fuse was blown but was replaced. Any thoughts?
