second day out on the water shut boat off and wouldn't start for about 10 min. checked connections at starter, key and wiggled the throttle to make sure was in neutral. still didn't start. tried after about 10 min and started and was good for about 15 starts. now a week later it wouldn't start again. sat for 30-40 min before just jumping terminals on starter and it started and was fine again for the rest of the day. has anyone had this happen to them. its a bran new boat but i can't take it to dealer bc the no crank is so intermittent. ????

anyone upgraded the trim plate on a 2015 s226 to the 2017 style ??

hey guys my 2015 s226 has damage to the hull right above the prop. hasn't hit anything or any other thing to damage it. ill post pics soon. any other people have this problem ? the damage area is right into the fiber glass through both layers of gel coat and is about 1/4" deep.

wondering what prop people are running on the 217 with the 409 hp. and rpm fully loaded surfing.

hey guys. in the market for a new ri217. but looking around most of them at the dealers have the 409 hp. not the h5 or h6. i figure this is bc of the cost of the direct injection motors. but does anyone have a ri217 with to 409 ? and is it enough power to surf will ballast full and 5-6 people in the boat ?

what differences did you notice on your s21 ?

boat will be getting used around 2000-3000 ft

so after my boat got the prop wash fixed the new prop (645 13.25x16 .105 cup) dosent perform well. so they sent me 2 props to try. 1 1643 13.125x14.25 .105 cup 2 2227 13.25x12.5 .105 cup would like any info on what one i should try first. thanks.

after repair my prop is a 13.25x16 and it doesn't work very well. supreme shipped me 2 props to try 13.25x14.5 and 13.25 12.5 trying to decide on what one.

do you think the 12.5 pitch is not enough ? I'm not worried about top speed just the best for surfing.

Got them drop shipped from acme. To my door. Took 2 weeks.

i have that new prop and its junk. won't even get to surf speed with the same ballast set up as last year. and rpm is 600-700 higher. also boat is a slug out of the hole.

Had my boat out to test. Loaded ballast same as last year, same trim and quick surf setting. Boat won't even get to speed. And its 500-700 rpm higher. When remove ballast and be able to hold surf speed.

what volzalum said is 100% true. I've just been very unfortunate with the problems with mine. And how long it took supreme to supply parts to the dealer to perform the repair. love my boat and once set up its a surf machine. just bad luck i guess that it sat the the dealer for 7 months.

I guess time will tell I'll get it in the water this weekend and try it out.

Ya I'm hoping too. If it's not I'll be making sure they fix it. After waiting 7 months for it to get out of the shop.

I have 2 1100s in rear lockers and they fill the entire locker. And also have 650 in lead under the seats and in the bow. Works awesome.
