I had mine go in the first couple weeks of ownership. I tried contacting the plywood manufacturer because they claim that their ply is rot/water proof but haven't had any success. I have cut some new marine plywood and applied six coats of varnish to it. Pulled the old vinyl and foam off the old wood and stapled it to the new boards. I struggled between epoxy, varnish and fiber-glassing it but settled with varnish because of the flexibility without cracking as well as being able to staple the vinyl. I couldn't believe they attached the engine cover via piano hinge into the plywood without through bolting it and instead screwing into the end grain of the plywood. That combined with a poor water management system on the sundeck that drains no where just asks to soak up into the wood and make it useless in no time. I drilled a few holes in the fiberglass and attached drain hoses to the bilge to help but all in all a poor design feature.
