West Coast Canadians...Where are you getting your gear?
600 replied to Slider78's topic in Watersports & Related Gear
^^^^Agree I've found the best deals right here. PM Crew Admin with your requests and they will usually do their best to locate what your looking for. If you have a choice on shipping, I prefer to use USPS. It may take a few days longer but the brokerage fees are very reasonable. UPS and Fedx have higher minimum brokerage but delivery is 2 or 3 days faster. Got my Inland Surfer boards here and could not be happier -

Power issue
600 replied to A-P-O-S-T-L-E's topic in Centurion Boat Maintenance, Performance, Troubleshooting
Just a shot in the dark and i'm sure your already aware of this but some of the breakers have the small button to the right or left of the red reset button that pops out each time the red reset button has been pushed in. Slide the button/flag over after you press the reset button. Like I said, shot in the dark. -

Nice lookin board, cant wait to hear how she rides.

Good question. When I removed the floor, gas tank seemed to take up most of the space but there may be room possibly ahead of the tank towards the bow. Let us know what you find.

On the starboard side. Have a look at this thread http://www.centurioncrew.com/Winterized-bl...rpio-t3797.html Totalperformance has a good description and pictures of the oil filter and more. Hope it helps.

Great write up and pictures. Easy to follow for us first timers. Thanks.

Good pics islander, nice of you to come out and bring your boards. Roy with a few kids and myself managed to get out yesterday again. Water temp. increased to a whopping 65 degrees. (brrrr) The day was not quite as eventfull as friday but we still had fun.

SV how about Wabamun. Looks pretty close to you and i've heard good things. Also been told about Sandy Lake. Would like to see some pics of these if anyone has some. Islander would be your best tour guide for the sylvan area but if your willing to drive a couple more hours, southern ab has several good lakes with camping.

Ouch...not the bayliner! Roy those could be next years mods. But back to the original post, Yes Roy you should check out Little Bow. Warm water, average 40' depth, not much wind as it is in the valley, and boat launches at the park or over at Little Bow Resort. Also has a very nice campground. The only downfall is weekends are extremely busy (only 1 hr. to calgary, 1 hr. to Lethbridge) but if you go on weekdays you will enjoy. Here are a couple pics.

Dave have you tried Autosol metal polish. Its available everywhere and been around forever. I have always used it for aluminum and chrome parts with great results. If the parts are corroded badly try using a buffer with a course buffing wheel and autosol, just go easy on it. Sometimes easier to remove the part completely, then polish. http://www.autosol.com/products-page/
