  1. Box Anchor on sale

This has happened to me before with my box anchor. What I had to do was get the boat right over the top of it and yank really hard a few times and it broke free. The anchor came up with a large branch on it. Which any anchor your gonna want the proper rope for it. I did loose a mushroom anchor in my rookie years do to not having a "anchor line" for it.

  3. I put the guys email in this thread that built mine. http://www.centurioncrew.com/index.php?/forums/topic/12818-fresh-air-exhaust/&tab=comments#comment-169595
  4. Cover

In that case those covers are awesome for that. Like I said, I've had them and they are the best way to protect your interior if you can't store indoors.
  5. Cover

I've had one of those covers (not the sewlong brand) and there great winter covers if stored out doors but they get really humid in hot weather and are different to take on and off all summer. If your needing a new year around cover I'd stick with a traditional cover from sewlong.
  6. Hahah? Im with Rhunt - the CATS fin. I think the sv models throw a killer wave listed with less weight and gas consumption then it dose with a surf system. The boat isn't listed to bad where it's "dangerous" or uncomfortable. My avy though that's a different story, they can be pretty sketch and I'd see wanting a surf system in that over being listing that far over. JM2C
  7. I would go for the 1100# bags in the rear lockers. They'll fit.

  9. Here's the guy's email that made mine and a few others A-plates. He did an amazing job and CNC'ed the centurion logo onto the top of it. I'll try and find the thread and pic's of the one he did for my avy. emilescobar@yahoo.com
  10. You'd probably be happier with the fx22, it has ramfill and is newer.... it's gonna have better resale value as well. Not sure on the conditions or hours from your post but if the fx22 is in good condition I'd go with that. Your probably not seeing much on the fx because they only made the fx model for one year then changed it to fs.
  11. @InfinitySurf that looks like a Avy wave?
  12. My feet were freezing when we went. I started my session with a deck start lol
  13. It's more common then not that people aren't or won't pay the membership and didn't even notice until I posted that @nailem.
  14. For about $0.08 a day you can help the crew out and post unlimited amount of pictures (of just about anything lol). I've payed my membership since I've been on the sight, it's a drop in the bucket for all the help I've gotten and people I've met over the years. Edit: oops saw that you are! Awesome it's well worth it!
  15. Sounds like a solid mod @InfinitySurf! Man that seems like a long turn around time to me especially for this time of year. Mine is scheduled for its service for the last week of March and as always will be done within 72 hours of delivery ? And they don't even sell Centurion. My service shop is extremely busy from march-September because everyone is getting geared up for summer and we live by the ocean so the fisherman are doing the same for salmon all at the same time. I'm permanently on the calendar for the last Monday of every March so I guess that helps with the turnaround time.
  16. Yep sure have and probably will again next weekend or the following depending on weather. I was was wearing a spring suit with 54 degree water temp ❄️

  18. bb I'll throw a ski on any day it just has to be behind the correct boat.... there's no way I'm attempting to ski behind mine that's for sure. Good luck with your search if I come across something I'll post it up.
  19. I zip tie glow sticks to my swim platform brackets for $5.00 at the dollar store and you get any color in the rainbow it's gonna take a lot more seasons then the boat will have to add up to what shadowcasters cost. jk
  20. Today was great, 70-75 air 52-59 water. So yeah it was cold but over the 100degree combined. It was glass all day with only a few boats on the water! I'll put some video together soon. I'm loving the GoPro hero6 and karma grip!!!
  21. Window tint

I liked the 50% it looked good but was fully able to see threw it. I have 20% on my 244 and want it removed and lighter but darker then 50% and that's just for cosmetic reasons. I still need to be able to see threw it comfortably. I will only go with a ceramic tint that really cuts down the heat, It's more expensive though. I have it on my truck and my wife doesn't on her car. It's a huge difference then again my windshield is tinted on my truck but not on my wife's car.
  22. February pic/video thread

I forgot to say I had a 2/1 spring suit and my wife and friend had a 4/3 full wetsuit. They were a little more comfortable then I was in the water to say the least.
  23. Got out today, here's the best pic I could get of the mirror being used.
  24. They have a low freeboard and such a flat hull at the transom that everything is against putting out a decent size wake. I had a bowrider elite DD (yes DD=direct drive) that I could surf but it's a lot of work to stay in the tiny pocket and the boat gets swamped by wakes when there loaded up like that.
