  1. FS 33 Quiet Tip Exhaust

Hi all. I’m trying to locate a quiet tip exhaust for my 2015 FS33. I installed an FAE this past winter and I just don’t like what it does to my wave so I am looking to change back to stock. I no longer have the black quiet tip and the factory no longer has this item. I would love to buy one from someone Ho may still have one.

  4. Thanks for the info. Anyone know what the latest software and firmware versions are?
  5. Looking for some help with my FS33. When I power up the master switch I’m getting the port side ballast indicating 100% full and the bow P&P bow trying to drain with nothing in the bag. This is a new boat for me and I’m just trying to figure things out. Any help would be appreciated.

  7. No problem. I have an 1100 in the rear locker and a 580 under the side seats. That is what I run most of the time small or large crew. I also sometimes throw a 400 on the side seat, slid all the way back. I wouldn't say that I have my wave "dialed" in yet, but it is pretty big, and gives me plenty of push. The other key piece was switching to the acme 911 prop. Let me know if y...

I was reading a post on ballast where you commented. I also have a 02 Typhoon and have just started getting into surfing. Can you give me a run down on how you have your boat set up?

  9. The quote came in at $5400 to remove them all and re-gell the bottom. However, even the fiberglass guy sid i sould not worry about them and just enjoy the boat. Thats exactly what I am going to do!
  10. I always feel a bit more vibration or rumbling when accelerating in a direct drive or v drive compaired to the smother feel of the I/O. I dont know what it is but you could just be feeling that difference?
  11. Thanks Chris I am starting to relax about it. I am getting a quote today to have it repaired. I doubt I will do it but I will post so others will know. Ihanks again
  12. I bought a used 2002 Typhoon and it has small (under 1/8") blisters and only on the sides at the back couple of feet. My question is, do I need to fix these now? Will they get worse even if I dont leave the boat in the water? I dont plan to leave the boat in the water like the previous owner. It will be stored in a dry area when not in use. My mechanic told me not to worry about it. He also said it can cost up to $10k to fix. Really? The problem area is only about 5 sq feet at most and they are small.
