  1. my kids - daughter 12 yrs, 80 lbs, son 10 yrs, 75 lbs) love the phase 5 scamp.
  2. Kid's first time wakesurfing

i'd be happy with under 200
  3. @doug743 - 24.7mph seems friegtengly fast. But I think I will try it. I'm gessing the water gets pretty stiff at that speed.
  4. I've learned that it is easier to teach when the boat is only partially ballasted. Here is a trailer of my kids 1st time wakesurfing.
  5. @ Wetsu - I ordered new Deckadence flooring from Henderson Marine - Steve Henderson 778-800-9928. Should be here next week. I went with Grey, Navy and White. Should look sharp.
  6. the obvious and not so obvious

My family is really happy wakeboarding behind our new 244. And it is nice in the chop. And we are surfing 20' behind the boat.
  7. Has anyone had good experience with a speed sensitive volume ap for iPhone? Or is there another way to get the volume to turn down automatically when I reduce power / speed? I have the Clarion CMD7 factory installed on 2013 Enzo.
  8. I figured out the problem - the jack was not securely fixed to the mounting plate, so when we tried to insert a plug, it slid back in its housing.
  9. This should be a really simple question - Does anyone know where to find a 3.5mm cord that will fit the water sealed input jack on the new 2013 Enzo"s with the Clarion CMD7 head units? The jack has a water-protective seal that doesn't work with ordinary cords. I have tried buying a bunch of different cords that looked like they had smaller insullation, but none fit. The USB works fine, but I'd like to use 3.5mm. Thanks!
  10. @ Bongo-Yeah, the tower was disappointing, but our summer is short. The time value of sunny days is not measurable in dollars. I'm thinking that there could be some better post order validation process. The dealer has been great to work with. I've put on a dozen engine hours since Thursday. Pretty thrilling to teach my daughter and her friends to wakeboard. And it was pretty cool to be 20+ feet back from the transom. We are just trying to figure out what to do with all that surfable wave. It's huge!! Wishing I would have ordered the DECKadence flooring. Anyone have an idea on the cost of that? I have my order sheet where it shows it as an option, but that is with a deduct for the snap in carpet.
  11. Boat finally arrived. Picked it up yesterday. I think I have a lot to learn about propper slamming. Standard rotation 244, pro surf ballast package (quick fill, pro ballast, plug and play ballast, bow ballast). I know this has been covered, but I'm a slow learner. Boat is damn handsome. Tower was ordered white, but shipped black - I think I can live with it.
  12. Finally Ordered a New 233

@ Bongo (or anyone else in the know) - I'm doing some math - you ordered your 233 on or around March 23rd. On May 5th you posted photos of construction. When will you get your boat? Or - more to the point - I ordered my new 244 on April 26. I'm thinking the order left the dealership on April 29th. The good people at Centurion are telling me 2nd week of June for completion. Am I gonna see my boat before the solstice, or is that just a pipe dream? Do boats get stacked up in California before filling a trailer to make the trip to Pennsylvania? Also (to anyone)- What the hell am I supposed to do until then? I've pretty much nailed my honey-do list. I guess I can go sit on my new boat lift....
  13. Still waiting for info on how long I have to wait before this beast arrives. Summers are quick in Western NY. And I'm itching to get surfing.
  14. Last minute change of direction - I ordered the 244 with the 409. I'm kind of giddy.
  15. I am trying to decide if I should upgrade to the 6.0L PCM (409hp), or if the 5.7L PCM (343hp) is adequate. We expect to surf with heavy ballast, but we will likely be pretty light when we wakeboard. Has anyone bought the 5.7L in the 233 or 230 and been disapointed?
