Found a loose connection for the ground on the back of my tachometer that was causing all my issues! Thanks

All the guages will flicker from normal to erronous readings. I can move the wires behind the guages and get them to flicker. My tower lights will turn on and off as well. I need to figure out which wire is ground and which one is power and start tracing from there.

Does anyone have or know where i could find the wiring diagram for a 1999 Centurion Elite V-Drive? I'm having some electrical issues with my guages and would like to trace down the issue. Thanks, Justin

Hey guys, I have been trying to figure this problem out for months now and just curious if anyone has any ideas? So the boat runs great until about midway through the day. We are boarding and all the sudden the boat just has no power at higher RPM's. Sounds as if the motor is missing or fouled a plug. The boat idles fine when this happens but just has no power and boggs down when trying to put some throttle to it. All guages reading normal. I have found if I feather the throttle for a bit it seems to clear up and the boat runs fine the rest of the day. The other wierd part of this issue is it always seems to happen when the boat has been pulling boarders or tubers. Never seems to happen when just running the boat around. I have been told to check cap, rotor, wires, fuel filter, grounds. All seem to be fine. Could my fuel pump be overheating? Any ideas would be great...can't figure this one out!! Thanks, Justin

Hello, I have a 1999 Centurion Elite V and over the weekend while boarding my guages would almost max out. Fine while idling. Also my stereo shuts off while boarding and it's fine while idling. Problem seems electrical. My depth guage was suck as well and one time my RPM's read 5000 going about 10MPH. Could my alternator be going bad? Boat runs fine during all these issues. Any sugestions would be great. Thanks, Justin

Hey guys, I was wondering if I am running the right prop on my 99 Elite V? It has an OJ 12.5X13 on it now. Elevation where is use the boat is about 1800-2200ft here in Arizona. RPMS max out around 4500. Thinking of getting a Acme prop from what I hear but not sure which one. 3 blade or 4? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks, Justin

Hello, I have a 1999 Centurion Elite V-Drive and was on the lake yesterday. My question is during the middle of the day we were boarding and all the sudden I had a loss of power. It idled fine but would bogg down when taking off. I thought maybe I fouled a plug or injector issue. After running it at half throttle for about 5 minutes it started running fine again and ran fine the rest of the day. Any ideas? Thanks, Justin

The cross bars are rectangular but rounded at top and bottom if that makes sense. Yea I know about the spelling. The bad part is the guy I bought it from had the boat/trailer custom painted and must have not of noticed! I figured I could repaint it or get some Centurion stickers to cover it up.

Anyone know what version of tower this is? I'm looking to get a bimini top and not sure what to get. I was told to find one that clamps to my tower. Any sugestions would be great. Thanks, Justin
