  1. I was also wondering if anyone knew what the thread pattern was on these little blue 1/4" plugs. On a previous boat I had it had 90 deg ball valves which replaced the little blue plugs and it was so easy to open and close them when winterizing and summerizing. I went to the local automotive shop and they had no idea what thread pattern they were.
  2. Did you figure this out? I only have a center ballast and my exit pump works but my fill pump does nothing. The switch lights up in both fill/empty directions but the fill pump won't kick in. It worked last year just fine. I put a test light on it and there appears to be no power to the pump so I don't think the pump is siezed. I will check the "hatch" fuse tonight, maybe that is the problem if that is in fact the fuse for the fill pump since all of the 5 amp fuses labelled as "ballast" are OK (that was the first thing I checked). I guess after reading this thread that the "ballast" 5 amp fuses are for the exit pumps (?)
  3. CREW DEAL: Fly High/ProX Series Products

Just sent a PM. Might need some help on what fittings to use in order to integrate it into my ex. ballast system , though.
  4. Islander033, I am guessing that is your 07 Elite V for sale in Sylvan Lake as well?
  5. Yes that is me on Kijiji trying to sell it. I was thinking of selling it and upgrading but after being to the boat show and seeing some of the prices for new ones I think I am going to keep this one for a little while longer. It was a great deal on a new boat from the US but those deals seem to be a lot tougher to find now...even with the Loonie at par.
  6. I am thinking of doing almost the exact same thing since I have the same factory setup right now (only a small center ballast) but I was only going to add one bag in the regular foot corner. I was going to keep it real simple by just teeing in after the ex. pump and have this pump fill the ex. center ballast and one rear sac. Then I was thinking of adding another discharge pump to the new rear sac or simply change the ex. pump to drain both the ex. center ballast and new sac. BTW have you ever tried to remove the ex. discharge pump from the ex. center tank? I think mine is done and needs to be replaced since it will not drain the tank. I tried twisting it off the other day but it will not spin. It almost looks like it want to snap or pop on or off but I have not tried that yet.
  7. I am thinking of doing something different with the decal on the side of my boat. Attached is a pic of my 07 Avy and a pic of my old boat (04 Svfara 609) that I had some new side decals made for a couple of years ago. IMO the Svfara decal change turned out really nice and clean. I really like the Victory graphic on the Avi but I am not sure about leaving it naked. To me it just needs something through it even if it is just simply the word "Centurion". Does anyone have any suggestions or thoughts?
  8. FYI I just got in my "Plug and Pray" LED bulbs in. The shipping was slow since they ended up coming from Malaysia but they work perfect!
  9. Mine never worked from the day I got it. It still shows about 0.1 hrs on the meter. I would like to fix it, though. Can one get at it from the front by removng the dash cover or do I need to get at it from behind by removing the stereo and stuff?
  10. Here they are in blue. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Pair-Super-...=item35a4806eeb
  11. The blue LED's look sooo sharp. The scheme I am planning will be very similar to yours but in red. I did this on my previous boat (a Svfara) and it turned out great too. The side vents are a nice touch that I will be sure to include on my Avi project. FYI I found a 4 cluster red LED replacement bulb for the existing courtesy light that I may try before trimming the back of it like you did. Only $0.99 each on ebay....worth a try....$15.99 for a pair at my local automotive shop....burn.
  12. Does anyone know the spec's (make, model, etc.) for the oval shaped cabin interior courtesy light in a 07 Avi? It appears to be a sealed unit. I am looking to change them from a white to a red light but I don't want to drill any new holes and want to keep the original shape. I know I could cut out the back of the old one and insert a new led but if I could simply get a replacement colored one it would be easier. Thx!
