  1. Thanks bud. I'm just trying to catch up to you! Sunday's going to be sweet. New board is waiting for me at the border and I got a bunch of Viskus traction to finally try out!!! Can't wait!!
  2. It was NOT a warm bath! LOL. It was pretty early, and kinda chilly. But I got used to it pretty quick though. Thanks! I've been very happy with my progression this year. Been getting great pointers from some really good riders. Probably been out about 30 times this season. Easily twice the amount of riding over any other year. Apparently there's an issue viewing the video on mobile devices... trying to figure out the issue right now.
  3. Here's a fresh edit for y'all to check out. Song by Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, a new favorite for me.
  4. The battle of boat cleaners!

Seriously!??? Wow! Just where is this list BTW?
  5. Big guy wake pics?

That's some funny stuff right there! I'm gonna have to tell him about that! LOLOL. Yeah, I don't usually let people ride without at least a comp vest. He usually wears a CGA vest, but he didn't want to that day. Really, there's no excuse worthy of not wearing one.
  6. Definitely drain all the water before adding the antifreeze. How is everyone adding the antifreeze? Fake a lake?? I installed an adapter in my old boat just above the ball valve that let me pull right out of a 5gal bucket. Trying to figure out the best way with the new boat.
  7. Parker Payne.... holy moly... Ashley is just in a league of her own. Whenever I see that one of the other girls beat her, I think "ooh, Ashley must have had a horrible run". Not to downplay the other girls abilities... she's just that good. IMO
  8. Centurion's Line for 2017

Yeah. Everyone riding behind Malibus and MasterRafts couldn't handle a clean wave! They'd say,"make it more like a Bu wave" So the driver would just F it up.
  9. That's more like $1400 CDN... LOL
  10. Your A plate looks to have a pretty good angle on it, so if it's set level, there shouldn't be any significant gap between the wing and the hull. If you trim down, it creates a void. Water will enter that void and create a nasty spray. 1: Do what Doc suggested. Unfortunately, having more than 3 people in the boat can cause issues because it'll add counterweight. Maybe you don't have to worry about that? I don't know. 2: Try one of those damn Suckgates. Seems to be doing amazing things. 3: FS33 winter upgrade worked wonders for me!
  11. Centurion's Line for 2017

For stoked, I was gonna go with "donkey"...
  12. It was private for me as well but now I could watch it... weird. Wave looked good! Very good for a 233 IMO
  13. 2017 S238 General Questions

H5 is gone!.... That doesn't make me feel great about having it in my boat! One year run only... I'll say that I don't have any complaints about mine, but I did prefer the 409 in my FX22 over it.
  14. Raptortrax

Vancouver hasn't had snow stay on the ground for more than a day for at least 4 years... but we are the exception to the rest of the Province. That would be a badass way of getting around though!
  15. 2017 S238 General Questions

    Uh Oh... here we go.
  16. Whats Your Surf Speed RPM?

That's what I was planning to do. That and check valves to setup for draining through the vents instead of out the bottom.
  17. Thanks. You referring to my heelside riding or my buddy's skim riding? He's killing it! And I have him to thank for some of my progression this year. He's an excellent rider and coach. He's going to be starting a wakesurf school locally next year. Hopefully. You gotta eat your veggies! That and glue your feet to your board. LOL. I've always had pretty good size airs. Comes from many years of skateboarding(not anymore... hurts too much) and snowboarding(still go a couple times per year. it hurts too) But... the glue joke is sorta true. I use Punt wax on my traction. Feet stick to the board REALLY well. Before I started using it, I called it cheater wax. Now it's perfectly acceptable. LOL. Just don't track it into the boat. It's messy stuff.
  18. Thanks. Yeah. Listed, with a fair bit of counter. Using quicksurf tabs to clean up the wash. Really impressed with the S226. It needs a bunch of extra weight over stock, but it makes a great wave once you get it loaded.
  19. Whats Your Surf Speed RPM?

I wouldn't do away with the vents. The bags will get air in them with the water no matter what you do. You need to vent. It's too dangerous in my mind. You can manually vent the PNP's. But, I'm lost on what to do with the bow though.
  20. Whats Your Surf Speed RPM?

Stock weight. It's less than 4000 I suppose. Bow 500lbs PNP's 800lbs STBD Ramfill 1500lbs Port Ramfill 750lbs Total 3550lbs Just tried having 110lbs of lead under the STBD side seat... didn't really notice anything different. It's such a small amount. I really notice a change in the wave when the bow bag self drains! Winter mod in the mix.
  21. What to do

I think it's been proven by a few members on here that if you trade up every couple years without too many hours (around 200), you don't usually lose any money on the trade in. Question is, how much more you spend on the upgrade? With a 2-3% increase in price(what I've heard, but seems lower than what I've witnessed) every year on each model.... is it worth it? I kinda think so. Will I be doing it?... Doubtful. Will have to wait and see.
  22. Thanks. That's my buddy Steve riding heelside and wakesurfadam in the bottom two pics. That seat sack is the 160lb fat brick. We use it when it's just a driver in the boat or my wife and son. It may be in my head, but I think it helps. Lol.
  23. Centurion's Line for 2017

Don't know why y'all hate on the hammerhead bow. I love it. Interested to see the new design
