  1. Do I still have time to enter the contest? GREAT LOOKING BOAT!
  2. How do I determine if I need a multi Line Display when the boat is in storage till June/ July? 2005 Avalanche built spring 05. I am interested. No need for handheld GPS anymore!
  3. I think you should import some of that Duff beer when you come to Cananda!
  4. I will be in Penticton July 23rd and most of August except for a wedding in Mara Lake.
  5. Same Sideswipe issue. I like it when a start the engine at the boat ramp. I ussually drive but find it loud sitting in the back or at 6 A.M. When I speced out the boat the dealer explained it was a switch I could turn off and on.
  6. 08 or 09 Avalanche

I have an avalanche and ride 24 mph according to gps. I thought I was riding faster than most people out there. What happens at 26 mph does the board feel loose. How far back do you ride?
  7. attn : Vancouverites /BCers

Is Breakwater a Centurion dealer. I drove by the other day and saw an AIR Warrior that looked new from far away? I think i'm going to Alloutte lake thurs.
  8. Canadian Rollcall Eh?

I have never done any boating on Osoyoos. I hear it's nice, warm water and flat in the morning. I love the look of your surf wake!
  9. Canadian Rollcall Eh?

I got lucky with the shot of the snowbirds the colours even match. We love Penticton and all the activities ie mountain biking, hiking oh yeh and boating.
  10. Canadian Rollcall Eh?

Ehh Yes, another Canuck from BC. I live in Cloverdale and spend most of the summer in Penticton Skaha Lake. I try to get out to Alloutte sometimes in the Fall.
  11. One word..... WOW!!!!!!!!
  12. Hello fellow Centurion owners, I had a problem today when we were wake surfing. I was having a great time behind the boat when all of a sudden the boat slowed down to a crawl. After trouble shooting everthing I found the V drive transmission dip stick was low it showed a couple of notches on the stick much below the full line. Quesion is.... how much fluid do I need, what kind do I need? How important is itto fill. Yes, I am on holidays and not close to my dealer. The initial problem was linkage came upart, I hope I can fix it tomorrow. I have a 2005 avalanche. Thanks Stephan
  13. Sorry about the stupid question. We plan a big party at the lake house. The problem is the boat stereo is way better than the house stereo plus I can remote control the ipod boat sound system from the deck. The boat is on the trailer. Can I hook up the trickle charger to the stereo battery so the battery would last longer? Will it make any significant difference? Thanks and happy riding.
  14. Thanks for the info everyone.
  15. Wow Duffy! How many fat boys on board?
  16. AHHHHHHH, I love Summer Vacation
  17. Reverse Rotation

Okay, this is not going to help but just my 2 cents. I love many different board sports. When I learned how to wave sail riding on huge waves (Windsurfing) I only went to destinations where there was a port jump left foot forward. I absolutely could not jump starboard right foot forward with out crashing. As I went to different places around the world I realized I had to figure it out. Today I couldn't tell or feel the difference. The same for kiteboarding not quite there yet at snowboarding or wakeboarding. I can pick up a surf board and surf left or right. My point was I never thought it would be possible to surf both ways. With some work at it I think you can ride both eventually. Make it a goal for 09
  18. How do you spend your time?

I just screwed up the poll I accidently clicked onto wakesurfing instead of wakeboarding
  19. How do you spend your time?

I love to wakeboard and definitely my favourite but find it hard to get everyone going before the wind or boats screw it up. I have a 2 year old that gets up early and needs allot of supervision and a momma bear that likes to sleep in. Once you get used to butter smooth conditions it's hard to get excited when it's chopped up. I just don't worry about it and know if we are not out early on a long weekend and can still get my fix wakesurfing. I find better conditions for wakeboarding in the shoulder seasons Spring and Fall and try to go as long as possible.
  20. WakeSurfing

I would love to go wakesurfing! Just a little to far for a day trip for me. After getting into wakesurfing I looked at extra large people a whole different way. Ballast you can move around much easier to get the perfect wake. I found playing with the speed "Perfect Pass" was really important. You know when you get it right when the wake pushes you forward. I have an Avalanche, the closer the rub rail to the water the better the wake. If I wasn't 6'4" 240 pounds the wake would look bigger. Have fun and post some pictures.
  21. I agree Sexyc4, I fixed the ski post by bolting on a retractable ski post , real easy fix. As far as filling fuel I put my ear close to the filler and listen for different sounds and can tell when the tanks full. I would love to have gas filler on the port side. My driver chair also doesn't rotate when all the way back. As far as steerng wheel pull it would be great if that could be adjusted.
  22. Just dropped the boat off for winterization and Winter storage. Yesterday was an awesom finish to the season with temperature in the high 80's water was butter smooth and hung on like a champ. Man it was a great Summer! Time to pull out the kites and do some Winter kiteboarding.
  23. It's a sad day

Thanks Ken! I would like to extend the invitation to you if ever explorering the province of B.C. I think we have the same kicker tower speakers. How do you like them?
  24. It's a sad day

Riverdog, the pic was taken on Skaha lake, where are you at? Wake Doc , your forecast looks sweet. Must be nice to have a 12 month season. My crew are all fair weather boaters, they don't like it when the water temp drops under 60 degrees. I have a heater and lots of rubber but hard to get anyone interested. Enjoy the weekend Wake doc
  25. I was lucky it only cost me 12 pack of beer, 6 pack of Kool Aid Jammers.
