Well, as a personal update. I pulled the wire from the oil pressure sender and starte the motor. It seemed to run fine, so I am off to the store to get a new sender. Strange it did not give a fault.

I ran the boat for an hour yesterday before the power decided to drop without warning. No beeps, lights or alarms. Engine runs, just at low power and sounds rough but not damaged. Could this be Guardian mode? I checked the spark plugs, they all looked fine, but deided to change them anyway. I checked for water in the fuel filter (clean fuel) I also added sea foam and fuel stabilizer yesterday just in case there was water. Fuel pressure at rail is 36-37 both at neutral and at 3000rpm. holding steady. *Oil pressure is reading fine. although a couple of starts in testing today oil pressure guage on the instrument panel read nothing so I removed the wires from the oil pressure sender and then reinstalled it. This could be an issue, but it seems to be so intermitant as out of 30+ starts it showed signs of issue twice in a row. Changed the oil and filter although oil levels were fine before change. Scan tool is only showing 3 codes (fuel lvl ckt hi, fuel vlv2 ckt lo, pitot ckt lo). None of these issue should reduce the power A few starts today it sounded fine, but after a few seconds would drop back in to guardian mode (I think that is what is happeneing) I have no idea what to check next. I think I found my own answer. 16 degrees with a prop shaft diameter of 1 1/8.

I bent my strut on an 09 enzo 240. I need to know the specs so I can find one local without having to overnight one to my location. Anyone know the strut angle (degrees). I am pretty sure the shaft diameter is 1.25 but can someone confirm that too. Thanks

Do it yourself. I just had my 3rd gasket go out on my 09 enzo 240. Something about the cold water and starting and stopping maybe. It took under 30 minutes and most of the time is just cleaning the old gasket off. I would not be scared of this self fix. It is an $8 part and you remove the 4 bolts that go in horizontally into the engine block holding on the exhaust manifold. Make sure the surface is scraped clean before you install the new gasket. It would help to have a second person to align the manifold again, but not necessary. The exhaust tube is stiff and will make it feel heavy. Otherwise, this should be a no brainer to repair alone. Buy an extra gasket or two so you can replace it each time it goes. Most shops have this part in stock.

Anyone know what type of grease to use on the Prop shaft dripless packing (brass collar)?

Does the evolution tower allow the bolt to be inserted from the inside of the tower or does the rack require a flat head boat on the mounting plate into the tower? It might just be the brand rack I purchased. they told me it would work on the Evolution tower, so I assumed it would work on the Gladiator tower. (krypt tower rack)

I just got some racks from Bullet Lines. The system did not work for me. The studs fit and the bolt lined up, but they were different threads. I am back to searching for racks or altering the ones I got. Anyone know what the size and thread is for the center bolt hole on the tower rack mounting area on the gladiator tower?

I found the answer. Centurion says the new Gladiator tower has the same mounting system for wakeboard racks as the Evolution tower. That opens more options for racks then just Skylon.

I am still wondering if the Gladiator tower rack mounting holes are similar to the Evolution (or Illusion X tower by Malibu) mounting holes. I need a board rack! By The way. I left 3 messages at Lightning a few weeks ago and no call back. I even reached a guy there that I think was on a cell phone and said he would have someone call me back with answers to my questions (do you make rack for gladiator tower?) and no return calls. Skylon was also not returning calls or emails (I even had a local dealer call). Any other ideas? Lots of racks on ebay for illusion x tower.

Just hit 40 hours and getting a bad tic. Sounds like it is a gasket problem based on this forum. Anyone have info on how to locate it and directions on how to fix it? I am not close to a dealer. Running 09 Enzo with 6.2 scorpion.

09 Enzo 240 with 30 hours. Lately the blower will not turn on before starting. Also, if I go out and start to fill the ballast tanks with the engine off, the pumps will run for about 10-15 seconds then shut down. As if there is a minimum voltage for the accessories to work (which I would guess). The stereo will also shut down and the 12v Aux outlets stop working. The engine will start up fine and all accessories start working again. Is this just a bad battery? (I only have one battery). any ideas?

Thanks. I had a feeling I would have to do some self modifications since I could not find any information. It looks like it should be fairly easy to hang some speakers with some kind of a plate modification. Still wondering about the wakeboard rack. It sure looks the same as the Malibu racks.
