  1. SV 244 Goofy Surf Setup

Mathew and Dennis thank you so much for the input we will give these learnings a try and go from there! Sounds like counterweight and speed are the big changes we can focus on. Really appreciate the help!
  2. SV 244 Goofy Surf Setup

Oh one other question, I mentioned our crew usually 4 adults 5-6 little kids. How would you position people in the boat when surfing goofy? I'm sure it's best just to play with it but in general would it be best to have most of that weight on the surf side in the back or most of it in the bow?
  3. SV 244 Goofy Surf Setup

Thank you for the input! I'm not sure what plug n play is for sure but we have 1050 sacks in the rear lockers. We are beginner to intermediate riders. What is the best speed to run at? Will there be any difference in our setup since you are set up for the 233 and we are setting up the 244? Here was our setup last time out. Our wave was big/tall but no length. Port Sack 10% STB Sack 100% STB Ramfill 100% Bow 100% (4 adults 5 little kids spread around the boat) CATS 20% Trim - 10% Speed 10.5 Knowing this would you change anything up on the settings you suggested above? Thanks so much for your help!
  4. Newbie here and would love some help. Surfing a 2014 SV244 with 6900+ ballast has ramfil and CATS. Trying to figure out the best setup for goofy surfing. I'm brand new to Centurion and have only surfed a Nautique 226 and Moomba Mojo. Any suggestions for ballast weighting CATS settings and trim plate would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
