My system is sitting at 11.7 vdc. Do you think I need to charge them?

How's it, We took our 2011 Enzo sv230 out for the first time in 4 months. We did all the norm to get it ready for a long spring/summer. Nothing happened before storing it for the winter that would have caused any issues. I'm trying to navigate through the computer to set rider speed, ballast, and stereo options but when you push any button there is a loooong delay before the function happens. I'm wondering if there is an update I need to do. I'm hoping this is something I can do on my own because I don't fully trust the local dealer to do any work on my boat. I searched everywhere on the forum for this topic so excuse if this is redundant. Thanks in advance for the help!
