Overtons.com has them for 3.99 each. I broke one last year while winterizing. Bought 5 just in case.

This topic is old, but I have a loose green wire on my 99 Elite V as well. From what i've found, it is from the trim system. I believe my port side tab is supposed to send status info on the green wire to the tab gauge, but gauge can't do 2 inputs so they left the port side disconnected. Hopefully this helps you.
