  1. @InfinitySurf, dose your lady use acetone on her finger and toenails? Probably not it's either rubbing alcohol or toenail polish remover, that's because it's not as harsh on the skin and nails. The gelcoat or clear coat on a car or boat it equivalent to a nail on a person and why I'd recommend that over acetone.
  2. I completely agree with not using acetone (it can eat the gelcoat) on the boat but I wouldn't go through the hassle of wax either because like you said it would be a lot of effort. When I remove stickers on cars, boats and anything with a clear coat I use rubbing alcohol.
  3. Nice @Shaka, let me know the next time your headed to Nacmiento that's my go to lake!
  4. @sdawes I'm thinking about contacting them for my install next winter. Looks like they did a excellent job. Only thing is I tend to go over the top on my stereo's and am hoping they have great tuning experience with dsp's because I have used them in my previous builds and feel it's a must. i can only assume you are completely satisfied with there install and customer service?
  5. 244 cover

    Let me know....
  6. Well I drive more like a teen with a sports car then a grandma and I forget to do rotations. The stock tires only lasted about 18000 miles.
  7. LMAO, have my third set of ko2's on mine and about to put the forth set on in a few months. The sad part is I have 69000 miles on my truck and am putting the fifth set of tires on it soon ?
  8. @InfinitySurf liking the truck.... from that pic I'd say you stole mine ?
  9. Everything @RhuntIII said is dead on the money. Great advice right there!
  10. Cleaning carbon fiber vents

Yep it's like Heinz ketchup, good stuff but a PITA to get outta the jar lol.
  11. Cleaning carbon fiber vents

That stuff is awesome and the more you use it the better the results. I've gone over things 2-3 times with it and they look better and better. I use it the same way you are @InfinitySurf, on my table saw, boat, bikes, trailers, racks, even fiberglass shower enclosure's ?. Best part is it's kinda a best kept secret because it's so cheap, works great and available at any auto parts stores. My old man has been using it on everything since I was a kid.
  12. Subwoofer

It's been up all winter and still looks like the day we put it up.
  13. Subwoofer

It was on sale at tractor supply for $1800.00 during the holidays. It's a shelter lock.
  14. Removing Side Swipe

@Shaka your at Naci this weekend?
  15. I never tried a suck gate on my avy but ran it listed with 1100's in rear locker (they fit) 400# of lead under the bag and a 580# in port locker. The back corner of the boat was sunk but I never took wakes over the back unless someone else did something stupid while I was riding.
  16. Looks good, so does that ultra light in the cup holder lol
  17. It's in a different thread. He was lucky enough to have centurion warranty his vinyl. Dura would be very jealous if he read about it ?
  18. March Video - Picture Thread!

  19. This is a family friendly sight @RhuntIII please keep your "Lil Pinky Toe" pic's to yourself
  20. Not of the bag in the locker but here is the list on my avy with 1100 in locker, 580 under bench seat and 400# of lead in rear locker. Oops I forgot, it was a light crew that day so we also had a 400# bag on the seat.
  21. Nice @RhuntIII glad to hear everything is working great!
  22. Hi my name is Nick and I work with wood. lol I learned a long time ago it's not worth my time to mess with stuff like that. I can do anything home related but not so good at anything vehicle related. Im a guy that's good at what I do but not with stuff I don't, easier and honestly cheaper for me to not try anymore.
