Looking for help deciding between the SS 210 or Ski Supreme S21. I heard they are about same boat with exception of no screen in S21. Any thoughts on which is best bang for buck to surf behind?

On my boat with floor out the rope would serve no purpose. You can see everything...other boat might be a diff story

Well got started on the replacement of the steering cable. There are 2 zerk fitting on the rudder shaft housing btw. Removed the floor, storage panel and water pump hoses. Adjustable wrench to break the cable nut loose from the bracket/guide tube and removed cable. Major problem is the the hole cut under helm is too small to easily remove the cable and impossible to insert new. I assume the original cable was put in before gas tank or possible the throttle cables. A little jig sawing and I believe she will go right back together no problem.

Took boat out for first time this season and noticed the wheel was difficult to turn. I though maybe a shot of grease might help but I don't see any zerk fittings at wheel side or rudder. Where are the zerks located? Would I be we'll served to just replace cable? If so, anyone know the correct part number? Is there a process to follow to replace the cable?

Why would you not go from "common post" on battery switch that way either battery will power up? I was recommended, and did, run 0awg from common to a fused power distribution block reduced to 4 awg into amps. I ran 0awg ground wire from closest battery to ground block the reducing to 4awg into amps. I ran pwr and ground from same sources to a fuse panel where I powered and grounded the HU, EQ, and reply to turn amps on from.

Turned the gains down a little and the Mic off and noise is gone. I think it was the mic volume causing the noise. Thanks

Forgot to mention I have HT2 powering sub, Ht2 on icons, and HT4 on the (4) 650s

Just powered up my complete new sound system and I have hissing noise coming through the (4) XS650 and (2) Icon8. The noise can be heard at low and no volume. Power and Ground to Amps are 0awg to 3 way Distribution block (power is fused at block) then 4awg into amp. Power from "Common" post on Blue Sea switch and ground straight from the closest battery I pulled 8awg power and grounds from the same source for amps (common on batt swwitch and ground to same battery) to a fuse panel where I pulled power and grounded to HU, WS420, and 30amp relay to power up the amps and EQ. RCAs are no close to power or ground wires. Any ideas where this noise is coming from?

Installing new Claion 502 tomorrow and was looking at RCA outputs on back of HU. Does it matter if I use the front or rear from HU to 420?

Adding a couple in new in boats and replacing the old speaker wire in process. Is it better to use speaker disconnects or solder the wire directly to speaker terminals?
