  1. no parker for me... to much work stuff going on at the real job. Islands still in the cards but working every angle I can, not interested in sitting back waiting for the boss to make the next move for me. put the boat money into a house that we can rent out if we move and getting ready to do an addition on it now. Worked out a deal with Supra though so I will have a boat this summer if your ever in town you will have to come ride!
  2. I am supposed to get my new boards as soon as the day1 crew gets back from Parker AZ this weekend. I cant wait to get on it and rider. Looks like I will be on the mainland for the summer as of now so we will have to ride together some time. you going to make the trek up north for the NWWSA comp this year.
  3. even crazier, that kid hopped onto a wakesurf board for his first time about a year ago.
  4. CRAIGSLIST FINDS

if I didn't have so much up in the air right now I would be driving down to Cali right now to pick this thing up. http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv/boa/4241688575.html here is another pretty good deal http://boise.craigslist.org/boa/4241795968.html why does life always have to get in the way of boating!
  5. guys I wont be able to come down to the crew meet up event but I am in Fort Worth this weekend for the tige EWT finals if anyone want to come out and say hi T
  6. I think mancho just made a mistake. That photo is one that I recently added to my Facebook of me riding behind my boat up here in Seattle. I have not been lucky enough to get down and ride with the guys from DFW surf but hopefully I can get down there some time.

That price is amazing on the 05.... Issues that I would fix if I was going to keep my boat, -trailer needs some paint but I might do that myself anyway. -chip in the gel coat on the bottom side of the boat - one small stain in the upholstery. looks like rust, it was there when i got the boat and have tried everything i can think of to get rid of it but have not made it disappear yet.. - ballast system is a little slow on the enzo sac and would plumb in an extra ballast puppy to the sac. -one issues that is up in the air is the hours on the boat.... looks like the hour meter stopped working correctly so i need to get it pulled from the engine computer. - stereo wiring works well but does not look the best(previous owner). I have cleaned it up but would like to rewire it all nice and clean. Boat has the minor nicks and dings you would expect from a 10 year old boat but looks amazing. I have put a ton of time into the boat cleaning and polishing it and am really happy with the way it looks. For crew members I could bring it down some for sure, hit me up if you have any questions. I am going to put up some better pictures here shortly. I don't want to hijack this thread so any questions need to come directly to me.
  8. CRAIGSLIST FINDS

Hey that's my boat!!!! sad to see it go so quick but some potential big changes for me this year.
  9. Thanks for the plug, yes my boat is up for sale. Price is very much negotiable for Crew members!
  10. Koocanusa / Osoyoos

Kris Wolter was up in Canada this weekend. One of only a handful of surf riders to land a backside big spin in competition.
  11. the slayer has a really cool single into a double concave bottom contour and is available in a 5 fin configuration to allow you to really dial in the board to your riding style. Also it as a swallow tail design. My personal preference is to run it as a twin fin with two large fins in the front most boxes. It is a great compromise between speed and looseness that way. This last season we changed the board from years past by softening the bottom concaves, adding the thruster fin option and we softened the rails to make it more forgiving when spinning. the nitro has a single concave and a round tail. It can be run as a thruster or as a twin fin configuration. This was the board that I generally used to teach new surf style rider on. With all three fins in it is super stable and predictable, not as twitchy as the slayer. the only real change this season to the nitro is that we changed the rails. We wanted to soften them up for spinning and to make the board a little more forgiving.
  12. The Slasher is one of the older discontinued lines from TripleX. It was a hand made epoxy construction and is pretty fragile but is a super fun board The slayer is still being made and was the board that I won worlds on last year. This year it was redesigned along with the nitro. TripleX still offers a hand made in America board, the Addixion, it is my promodel board this season the boards that are for sale are exactly the same as the one that I ride in competition. Thought that I would chime in to clear up some confusion. If any one ever has questions about triple X boards feel free to PM me and if your in the Seattle area hit me up to come out and ride. I always love meeting new people.
