  1. When you get done with that project I'd swap out the mid port bag for the bigger one. Mine came with 250 lbs and I changed it for a 550 lbs. You would have to change the fill/ drain times for that as well. Here is a pic of the chock I made to stop the cup holder popping out when you fill the port locker.
  2. Go to settings - bottom left button. Then utilities Then ballast and plate settings. Change times accordingly. After you adjust the times remember to set your rider profile to fill that starboard mid port ( now port locker) to 100% fill.
  3. That's correct but it's probably set for 2.5 minutes and you'll have to up it a lot to fill the 1100. You will also have to up the drain time as well.
  4. I was in the same situation as you and I did exactly what you are wanting to do fairly easily on my 2012 233. The line with the pump attached at the rear is the empty. The bags fill thru the sprinkler system mounted on the wall in front of the engine. You'll probably need new fittings for the new sac because mine were cemented into the old bag. The two lines at the front are fill and vent. Extend the vent to the rear port locker, run the empty pump wires over there and then run the fill line over. I put a 750 back there and it takes up all the space. You will have to secure the cup holder or you will pop it out. You can use a hose clamp but I didn't like all that pressure pushing up so I build a small block out of pink foam board and cut the center out to fit the bottom of the cup holder. Now the pressure is dispersed and pushing on the hull not the cup holder. When your done you'll have to change the computer settings to fill and empty the mid port ( now the port locker) for the new amount of time. Takes me about 10 minutes to fill everything but a lot less than that to drain. Let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to help you.
  5. Boat Pics

  6. My skim boards and wake boards fit in the small slots no problem. The forks simply bolt on to the vertical plate on the swivel, easy and quick installation. Skylon Sports should have the ones you need. I think they are the X2's.
  7. I love them. It allows me to put 3 skim boards on one side, and 1 surf style and 2 wake boards on the other side. My knee board didn't fit in the old doubles and still doesn't in the triples. I store it in the locker under the views seat along with the skis that nobody ever uses anymore. They were an easy swap and I sold the old forks on eBay so got a little money for the new ones. I also added the clarion rf remote to the stero which is great. It's waterproof, floats and works upto 300 feet from the boat. Perfect for floating in the lake and being able to control the music. I like the idea of the Bimini storage but I have 4 speakers up there that I'm not going to mess with.
  8. I changed my forks out from double to triple on each side so I could accommodate 2 more boards. Maybe the light mounts could be modified to hold a fixed rack but I don't think a swivel one would work at the location.
  9. I will check. I'm filling 580lbs in mid port and 750lbs in port locker. Drains in less time because each sac has a dedicated drain pump.
  10. I'd only be 3/4 full with those settings. I would recommend you time it yourself. My pump actually runs faster with the engine running than just the key on.
  11. Drain and fill times will vary with what size sacs you have and how the plumbing is run. Quick fill is set at 1:30, but my port and rear locker I had to bump up when I increased their capacity. My drain times are less than my fill times since each sac has a dedicated drain pump but they are filling off the sprinkler system. My fill times also vary based on wheather just the key is on or if the engine is running but I had the time set based on just the key turned on. Put 10 mins in the computer, hit fill and start your stopwatch. When water is coming out the vent then stop your stopwatch and put that time in the computer. Same for drain but when it stops coming out the side you know your empty. Also the green ballast bars on the screen move based on time and not actual water volume.
  12. Sounds like an issue with the provision. There isn't any gauge in the quick fill, the fill/empty bars is based on the time set in your provision. Maybe the software needs an update to fix any issues it is having.
  13. Fuel Gauge on Pro Vision

    Mine is pretty darn accurate.
  14. My boat stays under a pole barn but I run two box fans in mine pretty much all week until we take it out again. One in the port locker with the lid open and the other just circulating the air thru the boat under the cover . I also pull the carpet out and hang it to dry.
  15. Buy the 244, wish I had just for a bit more room. Plus once you do the upgrades to the 233 you'll be at the same price as the 244.
  16. You will also need to secure your cup holder. I believe the 2013's have a hose clamp on the inside so they don't fall out but I'd probably add a piece of cord incase it did slip. That sac puts a lot of pressure on the bottom of the cup. I made a sleeve out of foam board. I cut 6 or 7 8"x8", glued them together and cut out the center just a fraction smaller than the diameter of the cup holder. It holds the cup holder snugly and it distributes the pressure from the tip of the cup holder over a larger surface area, and probably saves the sac some wear and tear in the long run. I take a pic when i can run by the boat.
  17. 750 is all you can fit, unless you want to take out the partition for a little more room, but your're not goung to gain that much more. When my 750 is full there isn't any room left. Probably better to just add lead under the 750 than removing the partition.
  18. Just got thru with installing the new covers. They look sweet.
  19. What does a project like that cost? and who do you go thru to get the wrap and who puts it on?
  20. Finally Ordered a New 233

Sweet. You will love it. I look forward to every minute I get to spend on mine.
  21. We got our registration letters/numbers made by Sign-A-Rama, I think they we about $40. They did them in the same font as Centurion. Here is the information, just tell them what you want and they will mail them to you. It was super easy and easy to stick on. Sey Rogers Sign-A-Rama Anderson, SC 864-964-0026

  24. I have a 750 in rear locker, QF full, mid pro ballast full. Nothing for counter weight. If just two of us then I put a 400 on the surf seat. Trim tab at 25 more or less to clean the wave up.
