  1. Thanks so much for the help! I will let you know if we find any blockages in those areas. We will check the exhaust lines when we go back out and hopefully the problem is there! Otherwise we will head down to the circulator pump.
  2. Also we have no heat coming out of our heater so we removed the thermostat core to see if that was the problem and still no heat. Maybe that'll help in diagnosing.... Hoping!!!
  3. We disconnected the supply going to the thermostat and started the boat. Water immediately started gushing out so we shut off the boat. We also did look at the impeller and changed it anyway. We think it must be a clog somewhere but have been unable to find it. If anyone has any pointers on where else to look or anyway of narrowing down where it could be please let us know Very frustrating!!
  4. Alarm beeps and the gauge reads about 200-220 degrees
  5. Looks like everything is clear in all those areas mentioned up tothe thermostat. The overheating is consistent, we don't even leave the dock. Can you help us go about checking the motor and exhaust for clogs? It seems like that's where it must be but we have no idea how to get started there.. Thanks!
  6. We took apart the thermostat and had no clogs there, took the cover off of the transmission cooler and saw nothing there, how do we go about checking the vdrive? Not sure where that is...
  7. Any ideas why our Enzo centurion would be overheating? Impeller is fine, thermostats fine.. Could there be a clog somewhere along our cooling lines? And any ideas how to determine where and fix it? We have a water strainer on our ballast lines but can't find anything like that on our cooling lines. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
  8. Oh and our boat is centurion Enzo 216 2007
  9. Hi there, we need help identifying where the impeller is and how to change it. Our boat started overheating so we are pretty sure that is the problem. Any pictures of what we are looking for would be great!
  10. Hi there, I was wondering if there are any manuals and/or videos showing how to winterize our boat. We have a Centurion Enzo 216 2007 with a Mercury Black Scorpion Engine. We are pretty handy and probably have all the tools necessary so any guidance would be appreciated :-) Thanks!
  11. Our Enzo 216 s prop barely turns when we try to turn it by hand and make an awfully sound in the housing for the drive shaft just above it. Should we be greasing it? What could have caused this and how do we fix it? Any feedback is great!
  12. Okay, have a little more info. Fat sacks are actually 300 pounds each so a total of 600 pounds in the port/stern corner locker. After surfing and feeling that shudder and slip feeling we emptied the ballast tank (500 pounds) but left the fat sacks. We then decided to head towards our shore and couldn't seem to get above 15 mph and boat was making a quiet high pitched sound. Then later when we emptied the boat and drove it to boat launch it performed fine with only one adult. Maybe this info will help.
  13. Hi! Thanks for your quick answer! We have a Centurion Enzo 216 2007. I think the fat sacks hold 500 lbs each of wqter and then we had the one ballast tank full too. We also had 5 adults on the boat, 4 getting as close as possible to the port side of the boat and towards the stern. I'm npt sure about the prop, although we did just put it on at the end of last weekend since we touch the lift with out last one We have never experienced that feeling before, but it does feel like a shudder and a slip like you said. Do you think it could have anything to do with the new prop we put on? Maybe on wrong or not tight enough etc? That would be an easier fix for sure. I just wasn't sure if that's what you would feel if that was the problem. Looking forward to your reply!
  14. HI there, just looking for some troubleshooting ideas. Our boat is making a deep funny noise when we wakesurf. It seems fine doing anything else but when we fill the ballasts and the fat sacks and start surfing in seems to almost stutter and grunt a little underneath in the middle of the boat. Any ideas what this could be? Just started this past weekend.
